I signed up on the dating website Ourtime.com. The company charged me 22.50 on 8/19/2025. I had 3 days of glorious usage, then I could not login in with the credentials I KNEW I hade put in originally, that had worked before. I was a software engineer for 35 years and did all the standard things, change password, going in via the innumerable emails they sent. Nothing worked. Tried to get up with tech support, emailing, calling a message and leaving a message. Closest I got was an email telling me to login in and "express my concerns". since I couldn't log in, these were options not available to me.
This a horrible company that is far more concerned to extract money from its customers. Even though I could not use the service and they were not helping at all they charged me 41.48 on 8/21, and 22.50 on 9/2/2025 .I have called and left messages(they never responded)and emailed (again no response). The worse thing is I have not been able to use the service. Now I want all my money back, joined another service that will meet my needs nicely. Do not do business with these people. If you want use on line dating, there are lot's of other options that treat people friendly. See attached jpgs
