We approached Shandong Shenqiang Steel Pipe Manufacturer for steel in July 2022 products for export. Communication was seamless until we required the Material Certificate and shipping Bill of Lading then we did not receive any further feedback. Calls and emails went unanswered. We concluded sale terms and agreement late August 2022. Deposit paid but no other terms of sale fulfilled.

They diagnosed problem to be a cracked cylinder head. They replaced it. Still have problem of fuel going to oil. Had old cylinder head tested at 3rd party cummins dealer and came back that it did not have a crack. Paid $15,300 for this and now they are asking for an additional $8,000 for new fuel pump. We feel that we should get our $15,300 refunded as they did not fix the problem.
