Good day I cancelled my subscription on 27/08/2020 and requested a refund from Padre but to date I have not received any credit from Padre and even more debits have gone through my account. On his website he is giving a 100% refund guarantee but if that is the case why has he not refunded me and stopped debiting me as from 27/08/2020 when I cancelled my subscription.

Hello Mark Barnard, I'm Paul and I'm PADRE's assistant.

I believe that there is some kind of misunderstanding because when canceling the subscription from the site, you are only canceling to receive the emails from the site.

The unsubscription doesn't cancel in any way or matter, any outstanding payment(s) linked to the purchases that were made.

However, you can cancel the payment(s) and request it to be returned, when you do your request, by email and directly to PADRE, specifying the amount, date, email, and transaction number of the product(s).

Can you reply privately with the email that was registered and the transaction number? Remenber that the quickest reply will be always sending your request directly to PADRE's inbox and not here.

FYI: the email above has been "deleted/protected" due to the privacy policies of this site complaintsboard.com, thus I can't see it.
