DB Vertrieb GmbH review: db internet & online transaction

Yesterday I was notified that my VISA Credit Card got locked due to suspicious transactions. I am not even familiar with the merchant because I am from the Philippines and there are no suitable agencies here for the mentioned company.

Multiple transactions from DB, four (4) transactions for DB Internet and two (2) for DB Vertrieb, maybe a train ticket, according to my research. Total amount charged was 194 Euros (11,000 Philippine Peso). I already contacted my bank though they said I have to wait for the billings to be posted.

My bank told me to file and submit a dispute form but there is no assurance if the said transaction will be cancelled. Can someone please help? I have no idea how to take the next step for further investigation.
