I am complaining about the delivery service of my balik bayan box from Hongkong and it was already forwarded to Cebu Balikbayan Box and that was on October 2, 2020. I am looking forward that by next week your team should forward the box to Bogo City LBC branch. Its been 2weeks and still my balik bayan box is in Cebu. I am hoping that the box will be deliver.

Ms Joan Robles, Mam what’s your contact number? It says our box is being distributed to you for delivery. If you won’t be able to deliver it earlier can we have a contact number or address and we will pick up the box ourselves. It’s being transfered to you last dec 8 and I have called the customer service here in SG and they said it should be delivered last Monday or yesterday. We have made sure to have the box sent to PH at an earlier time so as they will recieve it earlier. It was picked up here oct 30 and distributed on Dec 8. And now it’s already dec 13. Just advice is your address or contact number.
