I provided a 30 day notice to cancel my membership. I requested to cancel membership on 10/5/2023. They stated that the membership will be cancelled on 11/6/2023. However, they will still charge me for the full month of November. Ethically, when my membership ends on 11/6/2023, I should only be charged for 6 days in November. It is not ethical that they insist to charge me for the full month of November.
