Xiahano Limited review: Paddling Pool

Ordered and paid for this in May / June, still not arrived. I have emailed them over 16 times asking for a refund or the pool. They said no to refund as they would resend but that was 4 weeks ago, still nothing ! Saying they refund as they're struggling after Covid, and its not their fault if my local Post Office has lost it.

I have emailed 16 times regarding this but Im getting nowhere and just want my money back
