I have given advance amount of 4 lacs rupees for my interior work. They have given time line of 45 days to complete works.
Now it over 3 month neither they are responding to calls nor they are sending person to complete work.
They are blocking calls.
I have asking for refund for failure of deadline 3-4 times.
Owner mr. Rahul dev is so arrogant, he is least bothered to take the work in hurry.
No teams are allocated.
Help me to get my complete money.
Desired outcome: Need my money on urgent basis, I need to complete my work with some other interior person.

I approached Levine Developers, specifically Rahul Laxman Dev, for interior work on my flat. Initially, he requested a token amount which I provided. However, he later requested 60% of the payment, which I also provided.
I gave him the keys to my flat and rented another one, trusting his promise to complete the work within 45 days.
he has emptied my flat, removed partial colour ,removed all old furniture as he told that he will add material.
I have been living in a rented flat with my family for four months. I requested that the work be completed, but it took four months to finish.
I then hired another interior designer to complete the work, and they finished it in one month.
However, they have since started a new company under a different name.
I advise staying away from them.
He is fraudster... He took our job but never finished it.. He only gives us health issues like disturbed mental state, rise in Sugar, BP etc. Money gone and health as well gone. Please dont trust this guy and dont invest your money. He will show you the dreams that we can do this and that but in reality he is total waste.

Rahul Laxman Dev is fraud, you all need to file police compliant with the help of some connections.
Even though after all trouble if you completes partial work then you will not get quality. ( one of his customer experience)

dialy we are calling him but no use and not giving and money back.
He is not professional and no customer satisfaction at all. we hoping that we will get our money back. but this review is needed and i dont want anyone else is face same issue.
