Tafs Inc review: Release letter

I was seeking factoring with tafs what are the sales reps said the paper that I was signing was for the credit and background check upon signing this paper I didn't know that once the credit and background check was approved that it initiated the contract. But with that being said the salesperson bring to my attention that I needed a subrogation/subordinate letter from my original financial institution. Which I was never able to obtain. I contacted tafs about this and let them know because I was unable to obtain this letter I need to do be released from the contract in the UCC they have out on my company. Ever since then I've been getting bounced around from department to department not getting the real answer and getting my problem resolved. Essentially it feels like they trying to bully me into a factoring agreement with them that I have no power or say so over.

I just need a release letter to go on about my way
