Ortho Mattress review: Rotted wood Frame

I purchased a Queen size Box Frame and Mattress on 12/20/08. It was Delivered on a Day that i was at work and only my Daughter was home. When i seen the mattress it looked old. But i didn't think nothing of it thinking it was bad lighting in my room. I put my orthopedic mattress on top of the New mattress and made my bed. After a few months i noticed that the Black lining undernieth the Box Frames was falling off. I took my bed apart and found that the Box springs is only a Wood Frame stapeled together with rotted wood.
I called the Ortho Manufacture and was told that they would check into this and as of today 11/10/09 still have not heard back from them. Now even my Mattress is turning a yellow color. Remind you that i have had a orthpedic mattress on top of the Mattress. I have never slept on the mattress my self
