Ortho Mattress review: Not honoring 10 warranty. Mattress is defective!

We purchased a Cal King Club Signature IV mattress on 5/5/18. We paid over 1K. Right after 2 years we noticed my husband starting experiencing issues with his back and restless nights; he saw his doctor and found nothing wrong by this time it became obvious the mattress was sagging (when my husbande sleeps in a different bed, he has no issues with his back.) We filed a claim with Linda. We paid $60 to have the mattress inspected from an inspector of their choice; the claim was denied as they can use ANY reason to deny it and avoid having to replace a basically 2 year old mattress when we first noticed that the mattress was causing my husband back issues.
