I've been a designer with Origami Owl for over 6 years and me and my customers are super happy. The products have great quality and the Company supports you. You don't have to have a team to stay in business.

In December , I sent back a bunch of stuff to Origami Owl for a refund, worth thousands of dollars. They got it and sent me an email saying I couldn't get any money back because I hadn't bought anything on my account in a whole year. They also wouldn't give me back any of the products. I've sent them four emails asking for some kind of solution, but they haven't replied at all. How can they just keep all that inventory and not give me anything? Just because I didn't buy it on my account doesn't mean I didn't buy it from another designer in the past year. Plus, most of the items are still being sold, so they're definitely making money off them. About 90% of the items were still in their original packaging. I hope they either pay me a fair amount for my stuff or give it back to me.

Don't waste ur money
Don't waste ur money. I bought one of their pendants and it was broken within the year. The glass popped out. I asked them about warranty, and was told it was 90 days. U would think for the price they would stand by their products a little more. Never again, I could visit a local store and get better quality for the same price. U live and u learn. Search the internet and ur will see tons of horrible reviews, even here customer reviews give them two stars. How are they rated A+?
I bought a locket from Origami Owl in July
I bought a locket from Origami Owl in July . I received it and have been wearing it often! I really love it! It's so pretty and I can change the charms every day if I want. But then, I had a problem - the locket face fell out (maybe a threading problem) and I lost my charms inside. So, I contacted Customer Service and after about 15 minutes, I got through and explained what happened. A really nice lady helped me and gave me a new locket with the charms I lost. I couldn't be happier! It exceeded my expectations! One of the best companies I've ever dealt with.
I like the idea of a locket with little charms that you can see through the glass
I like the idea of a locket with little charms that you can see through the glass. But this company is a joke. I bought many necklaces as gifts and all of them failed because of problems with the manufacturer. The glass fell out or became unglued on all of them. This caused the charms to be lost. I bought one for my daughter as a Christmas present and the glass just fell off this week. I can't do anything except order another $24 locket and all the charms she lost because they only guarantee their items for 90 days. I'm done with this expensive company that sells low-quality products.
I bought wonder woman charms for a locket but didn't get one of them
I bought wonder woman charms for a locket but didn't get one of them. I filled out the online form for missing items and got an email saying it would take 2-3 biz days to process and I'd get another email with more info. That was like a week ago. Still waiting for that email and wondering if I'll ever get the charm I paid for. Would've been nice to get an update saying it might take longer than they said in the first email.
I would give 0 stars if allowed
I would give 0 stars if allowed. Where to start? I used to be a designer for Origami Owl, signed up under the "only $100 a yr to stay active." They never gave me a copy of the contract I signed, 'cause why? They change it so often and don't want you to have legal grounds. 2. It's a pyramid scheme. You have to sign up so many people under you to stay active? No, I signed up and only have to sell x amount. NO, we changed that. Ugh, where's my contract? Can I get a copy? Nope, they just delete your website and make you inactive, so when you call in, no one will help you. Telling you, you filled out the forms incorrectly? Excuse me? It was approved, and I have been a designer for a few years, to NOW be told I can't use a TAX id# (which is legal) if you're not a top producer and recruiter. They walk all over you. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, just go get the same stuff from your local craft store. Swarovski crystals are everywhere, not just here. Seriously, wish I could get a copy of the contract so I could sue them, but I can't, and that's how they make it...
