Sometime last June Optum decided to change their system, and render our existing HSA debit cards inoperable. I presume they sent notices that I ignored.

In September (approximately September 24th) I attempted to use my card at a medical provider but it was declined. I contacted Optum that day, they informed me new cards had been sent out in June. I had not received them. Since then, I have contacted them on October 24th, November 7th and November 14th. Each time I am told "not to worry" and new cards have been sent, wait 7 to 10 business days for them to show up. On each of the last two occasions, I have asked to speak with someone of greater authority or be provided with a number to contact them and they refused. They promised to "expedite" my cards during the November 7th conversation, but were told today (November 14th) the cards were only shipped November 13, with no expediting.

This is unacceptable no-customer service. Is there a way to move my HSA account to another institution?

Desired outcome: I would like to have my debit cards delivered. I have no idea where the other cards ended up. I hope no one else has them.
