After having been a customer for 30 years and paying for 5 optimum cable boxes the equipment is no longer working correctly. The boxes need to be re-booted several times a day. After trying for an hour to speak to a representative, I finally reached someone in a third world country. I asked that they send me 2 new boxes and I would return 2 of the older boxes. After much delay I was told that I was not entitled to replace the defective equipment and given no options or recourse. I am paying over $200 a month and I'm told there is nothing that can be done! Your kidding! I am finished with this company - I was never offered an alternative solution.
I will be calling Fios as soon as I am finished with this complaint!
