I documented the visit when they came to my home and heard the guys outside "she does not have an RC6 to the plant". It was very sneakly and they sent 2 people whom were in different locations of my home doing whatever, which did not allow me to monitor what they were actually to, .
On October 6, someone edited my Internet services and added a openam to my account which logs all my data and activity and sends to a default inbox. I also tested the speed and the results were 59 when they bill me for 200. They told me they would escalate to senior management and get back to me and no one did. I called again to tell them "openam" was not authorized by me and to remove it. Once again, "don't know who did it" or "how it got there", but will have a manager call me back. No call or fix and quite frankly it should be considered illegal.
This is extremely frustrating since my bill is now $253 month and they could care less they are breaching FCC regulations and accessing my personal data with permission. I still want the IT Manager to get it off ASAP, They shoudl credit me for the service they bill that I do not receive. Unfortnately, we are still all held hostage to Optimum. Sadly, we only have 2 choices for internet providers in Smithtown and both are a rip off.
