I strongly advise against purchasing their extended warranty. I own a Frigidaire gallery refrigerator that has required a total of seven service calls, resulting in the replacement of every component. Despite these repairs, I continue to encounter the same issues: ice forming in the crisper drawers and the refrigerator’s inability to defrost. The company refused to provide me with a replacement. It is worth noting that this refrigerator had a problem prior to the expiration of its initial warranty. Consequently, I have been subjected to repeated service calls without any resolution or replacement.
I purchased a Frigidaire gallery refrigerator in 2024. In November 2024, two weeks prior to the original expiration of the warranty, the refrigerator had ice build up behind the crisper drawers. I have had six service calls for the same problem. Unique Repair has replaced every part in this refrigerator, including the computer board. Every service call is for the same problem. It ices up and is not defrosting. Unique Repair informed me that they told the warranty company that this refrigerator is no longer repairable. They want to give me a seventh service call to fix the same problem. They refuse to provide me with a new refrigerator. I am requesting a replacement for the exact same refrigerator that I have with the same specifications. Nothing out of the ordinary. I want a refrigerator that’s not broken. Originally, when I had an issue with the refrigerator, I paid an appliance company to look at it because I didn’t know it was still under warranty, and they told me. It’s internal seal defect and is irreparable. So I continue to have a problem with this company who refuses to honor their warranty. I am never given a supervisor. I am always given another service call to fix the same problem. This is not customer service, and this is not a warranty.

I bought an extended warranty, because the original provider that came out, said the refrigerator was irreparable. Since then this Warranty company has granted me six service calls for the past year, and the entire parts including computer board have been replaced…I continue to have the same problem ice behind the crisper drawer. They now want to send out a different company for a seventh service call . When the original provider have said it is irreparable. They have no intention of replacing my refrigerator. I reported them to the Insurance commissioner, but they don’t really have a lot of say over Warranty companies. Do not use them. I have requested multiple times to speak to a supervisor. I have yet to have that honor. The worst customer service ever. Really why have a warrenty if they don’t replace a broken irreparable refrigerator.
