Ordered product wasnt what it said. Sent it back in 2 weeks but didnt get my money back. Tried calling but the number aint workin. Bought it on December 31st.

This company does a scam that involves making fake reviews on fake review websites for the stuff it sells. It floods google results with these fake reviews making it look like the stuff is real. I bought headphones that were described as "***" brand "bone conducting headphones" that are supposed to give sound through the jaw bone. Other companies make versions of this stuff that are real and legit. This company sends "open ear" brand cheap, knock off headphones that are nothing but a terrible speaker pointed at the ear, resting just outside the ear. This is nothing like "bone conducting" speaker tech, which again, is a real thing. *** brand headphones are an example of what I expected to get. They say a "100% guarantee but don't respond, nor have any available number or legit contact. This company should be checked out and shut down right away.

I bought 2 WiFi NETTEC boosters from Nu Lifestyle Marketing's website in early April after seeing a short video about the easy installation process. The whole transaction was done online. I received the products around 7-10 days later. Unfortunately, despite having internet problems throughout my entire home and seeking help from both the cable company and an electronics handyman, the issues still persist. It's clear that this product cannot resolve my home's internet issues. It's frustrating that it took me two months to realize this.

When I called the number listed on the packing slip and provided my order number, which is XXXXXXXX, I was informed that I couldn't return the items because it had been over 50 days since the purchase. I tried explaining my situation, but it didn't make any difference. Nowhere on the marketing website, which I didn't even know was associated with Nu Lifestyle Marketing at this point because it's not mentioned on the invoice, was there any mention of this 50-day return policy.

Furthermore, the agent on the phone couldn't provide me with the total amount billed or any details about how I made the purchase. This information was also not included on the packing slip. If I had known about the 50-day return policy, I wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place.

I got a package in the mail that I didn't order. The address on the package says ACE-New Lifestyle MTG-Cherritos, XXXXX *** XXXXX-XXXX. It was sent to my local Post Office with instructions to deliver it to my address and to "Leave if no response". Inside the package, there's a blue invoice that says: Customer: Nulifestyle Marketing. It has an order number and my name and address under "Ship To:". The package contained 5 Deodorizing bags from "BreatheGreen". The email address on the deodorizing bag is *** The item I received looks real, but I didn't order it and my credit card was charged $40.94. I searched Nulifestyle.com on Google and a fake account came up with a fake number. When I called, someone named "Dali in Canada" answered. The listed address isn't even the same, but I only realized that after I called to tell them "I didn't order this item." Dali insisted that I did order it because it was my address and card, and asked, "Who would fraudulently order something and then send it to you?"
