I'm really happy with this company and I highly recommend them. They were professional and polite! It was easy to set up the appointment and they were on time and really tidy; no mess!

Same as previous reviews. Had a $69 coupon, and they quoted us for like $500. Finally settled on the $189. Scam scam. They left a mess throughout the house that I had to vacuum up and put vents back on wrong.

Top Air is a really professional company! They explained everything with detail. Every single step of the way they would let me know what's going on. They also helped me get my dryer vent on the second floor cleaned out! I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone from the office to the service techs were great. They arrived on time, were very quick and efficient, and also thorough. We were coordinating with other homeowners in our complex, and they were easygoing about the scheduling of our appointment. I definitely recommend them and will be using their services again.

Top Air Solutions came to our house while we were away. Our friend who lives nearby helped coordinate with them to schedule the appointment. She said he was very professional, polite, on time, and very careful in his work. She even forwarded us the pictures he took, and we could see an improvement in the condition of our air ducts.

The guys at Top Air Solutions are super professional and really responsive. They know their stuff and give you all the right suggestions to make your home comfy and efficient. The install team was awesome and made sure everything was clean when they finished. I totally recommend them for all your insulation needs.

This has been a wunderful experience. I'll use this company again, every year, in the future to clean my dryer vent. I haven't cleaned my home vents and dryer vent in many years. I had some damage that needed to be repaired. The technician was very helpful and knowledgable about the procedure, quick, professional, and respectful of my property, he helped me repair the damage I had caused to my furnace by failing to maintain it. It was a wunderful experience!

But we wanted to come back to a house with clean ducts and air flowing right in all rooms. was really good at keeping in touch during the whole thing. While working, he stayed in touch, sent us pictures of the work, and went the extra mile to make the necessary adjustments to the system. I felt like he treated my house as if it were his own.

Same problem as other customers! Bait and switch! Too many surprises for my liking. Wasn't informed about any extra services BEFORE the technician, ***, arrived at my elderly father's house! I was quoted $189 for a complete filtration of my father's house. When *** arrived at my dad's house, he offered additional services at an extra cost, but my dad wasn't told the price and ***, talking to me on the phone, wouldn't disclose it either! They ended up leaving my father's house without doing anything. Avoid! Dishonest! My alarm bells were ringing everywhere.

I asked for a quote for a full system cleaning, and it was less than $300 USD. They cleaned my ducts last year. The technician, ***, checked the ducts, took pictures, and showed me that they're still in great shape. No need to service them this year. He said to call him in two years for the cleaning because everything's still good. I don't have to spend money on cleaning yet. He spent 30 minutes inspecting and didn't charge me anything, saving me $300. I'm really happy with that company and will call again in two years to schedule an appointment.

Bate and switch - don't use this company! I called 'bout the $69 special and the lady (Lisa) told me it might be $299 if the dust was heavy. The worker showed my hubby the dust and suggested the deep cleaning which came out to $549.00. We thought that was kinda extreme but went along with this package THINKING we'd get the senior citizen discount. We shoulda read all the other reviews and took their advice 'cause this company does bate and switch. When I called Lisa again she 'splained that the package was discounted and after goin' back and forth 4 times 'bout it (she was super unprofessional), I said I'm done arguin'. This place is crazy! Gettin' an attorney and also reportin' to the ComplaintsBoard.com!

I checked out their services on my *** and decided to give it a shot. I was interested in the $69 special, but when they answered, they informed me that it would cost $189 or maybe more, depending on how dirty my vents were. So, in the end, I had to pay a total of $587. That included $189 for *** & ***, which covered ***, Cold air returns, *** furnace cleaning, ***. I also paid $199 for ***, which came with a one year warranty, and an additional $249 for my furnace blower cleaning. I even asked if they could include the *** cleaning, but they said it would cost even more. They called their boss, who said no. I told them that for the amount of money I was paying, it should be included as a free service. Unfortunately, this company really emptied my wallet. I guess I'll have to search for these services elsewhere in the future.

Top Air came to my house on 10/6 to clean my ***. They didn't clean a return in my room, and they didn't even use the vacuum on my basement vents. They just brushed them off. I called them about 4 weeks later because I had to change my filters twice in one month. They came and looked at the furnace and said nothing was wrong. But guess what? My furnace stopped working at the beginning of March. I called for service to fix it, and the guy suggested that I get my air ducts cleaned because it smells like something is burning, probably dust. That can start a fire, you know? I've left them several messages, but they haven't bothered to call me back. I still have to change my filter every month. They charged me *** for a job that wasn't even finished. All I want is for them to complete the job. I asked if there would be any problems if it wasn't cleaned, and they said no. Well, if I didn't have any problems, I wouldn't be calling them, would I? Thanks.

I wanna tell you about this air duct cleaning company, Top Air. I saw their ad in a flyer and thought I'd give 'em a try. Setting up the appointment was easy, they were nice. We agreed on a time and day. But then, the technician showed up late. He seemed alright at first, but then he asked to use my bathroom and I got a bit uncomfortable. After that, his attitude changed and his work was sloppy. He didn't even clean or inspect some of the vents properly. When I called the company to complain, they promised a discount and a redo of the service. So, I scheduled another appointment for November 1st. Two different technicians came with a vacuum cleaner and said they were just gonna spot check instead of doing a complete redo. I talked to a guy named *** and he was so rude and dismissive for no reason. He said they weren't coming back and if I wasn't happy, tough luck. I paid for a service that wasn't done properly and now I'm reaching out to you for help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Service on 9/9/22 I called them to book an appointment for the $69 special they had in the mail. The girl told me I could be charged $199 if my vents were really bad and hadn't been cleaned in the past 3 years. The tech would come in, inspect the vents with a camera and let me know if I can use the coupon. Fast forward to 9/9/22. The tech (Eden ) came in, moved my vent cover, looked inside with his eyes (no camera), and said, "Oh, you're going to need a deep cleaning." I told him I bought the house in February and was told they did a deep cleaning with the seller who flipped the house and bought it, so a deep cleaning was not needed. I just wanted light work done because of my son's asthma issues. He begins to set everything up, and I asked him to show me what he sees with his camera that he never used, as to why I need a deep cleaning. He kept the camera pressed up against the vent, saying, "This is mold." I told him I'll get the mold taken care of; I need to see the THICK dust. He told me my dust wasn't thick; it was light. So I asked him to explain why I am being charged $199 and not the $69 special if the dust is light, because clearly they had been cleaned prior to me purchasing the house in Feb. He spent 10 minutes going back and forth with me about this so-called deep cleaning. I asked the assistant to show me the bins where the dust was collected. It was equivalent to me using a house vacuum in one cleaning for a single room. I called the office and explained the issue to them. *** called me after his tech called him on site (speaking another language), trying to convince me and tell me I was on the schedule for a deep cleaning. But I told him I called for the $69 special, and it's not my fault your front desk employee put the wrong information. He then said he would refund me the difference. I am still waiting on my $130 refund. The owner/manager *** is refusing to take my calls or return my messages and has blocked my number from reaching them.

I signed up for the $69 cleaning service that I got in the mail. I scheduled an appointment and the company came early and called me for access. I told them I could send my neighbor over and they agreed. My neighbor called me shortly after arriving and said that the technicians wanted to talk to me. They told me that my vents were really dirty and that I would need to pay for a better cleaning. They mentioned two other cleaning services, one for $199 and one for $299. I agreed to the $199 service. When I got home, I asked for before and after pictures of the cleaning, but they said I had to wait 24 hours. It seemed strange, but the technicians were in a hurry to leave, so I said okay. When it was time to pay, they told me it was $488 and asked me to sign on a phone screen without showing me the breakdown of the pricing. After they left, I received an invoice for $1237. I found out that they gave me the $299 cleaning service instead of the $199 one that I asked for. On top of that, there was a charge for a product and installation. I called the company, thinking it was a mistake from the phone payment. The manager, ***, then told me that they installed a light bulb by cutting into my furnace. I explained to *** that I never asked for any installations and I was never quoted a price for that product. I tried to work with him for a refund, but he refused to take the product back. We had several phone calls back and forth, and he said maybe he would refund me. But then he stopped responding. In May, I called him again and he refused to give me a refund unless I removed the dispute from my credit card. I told him I was uncomfortable doing that until we reached an agreement, as I already feel like I've been scammed by this company. He never told me how much the refund would be, so I don't know what to do next. I couldn't afford the light bulb they installed. If they had told me or given me a quote for it, I would have immediately told them not to do it. My neighbor was there at the time and they were not informed about the product either.
