OnlineTicketExpress Tickets not fulfilled

2 tickets Champions League Liverpool AC Milan Sep 15

A day before the game we only received one ticket (e-ticket). After multiple attempts, to obtain the second ticket, we were told that there was a problem and that both tickets were cancelled and that a full refund would be issued.

Submitting a refund request, we were told that the tickets had been delivered (sent to my email). This was never the case. After presenting evidence no further response is obtained from the company.

Reviewing reviews in Trustpilot this seems the standard practice of this company.

OnlineTicketExpress This company is scam - stealing money

I ordered 2 single tickets on Aug 13 under order reference number 541999 for FC Barcelona vs Real Sociedad 15/08/2021. They never delivered any ticket and until last minute, I had been trying to reach the company by email as well as phone and they didn't even respond. I was staying in "Upper Diagnal Hotel" in Barcelona where i was contacting reception for any delivery as well as checking my emails as well with a hope that tickets will be delivered. Finally, before 10 minutes of match schedule, i contacted reception and they advised me to book new tickets. I booked new tickets at double price and now i want all my money to be refunded with compensation. The total amount they charges is €158.

OnlineTicketExpress Refund for soccer match: man united - sheffield united

I booked 3 tickets for the match Manchester united - Sheffield united in March 2019 for me and my sons.

Due to Corona this match was played without visitors.

I requested back my money (289 pound).

Initially they answered that I should get the refund but I never got it back. Since summer 2020 there is no reaction on any of my mails.

I still try to get in contact but was not successfull until now.

OnlineTicketExpress Refund for tickets bought in January 2020

Hi I ordered & bought 4 tickets from onlineticketexpress.com on 13/01/20
for man utd v B/Mouth at a total cost of £315 (€394). Due to covid this game was moved from 11/04/20 to 04/07/20 & then played behind closed doors with no one in attendance.
I have been mailing them since the middle of july to get my refund & to start with they answered my emails telling me it would take 30 days for refunds due to backlog.
Since then & right up to the last email from them (27/10/20) it's the same excuse & since that date they have not acknowledged any new emails.
I am looking for a full refund, but am not holding my breath as their site reviews are terrible. Please find attached correspondences & should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.

OnlineTicketExpress Failure to deliver

On the 16th of February, 20020, I purchased 4 match tickets from this company OnlineTicketExpress.com, order number 537649. This company has failed to deliver tickets, and will not pick up my calls nor respond to my emails. This was not the case when I was making enquiries prior to purchasing the tickets. I received endless phone calls from the company and was made to believe they have excellent customer service prior to the company receiving my money. However, now that I have tried reaching out, they are evading me.
I demand a FULL refund of £295 charge on my account.

OnlineTicketExpress Full refund for 4 football tickets £315 (€394)

I bought 4 tickets for manchester united v bournemouth at a cost of £260 +£55 handling cost to be played on 11/04/2020.This game was then postponed due to the covid 19 pandemic & rescheduled to play on the 04/07/2020 behind closed doors with no one in attendance. Onlineticketexpress will only offer 10%-40% of money paid & keep the handling fee of £55. I am asking for a full refund including handling fee (as there are no tickets, there should be no handling fees!) as through no fault of my own, the game was played behind closed doors. They will not answer my emails now when asking how much refund they think i am entitled to. And their terms & conditions should be obsolete due to the Coronavirus

OnlineTicketExpress Online football tickets

Got FC Bayern- Liverpool Tickets. Day before the match they sent an email, that they have no Tickets! Had to get new tickets the day before the match (obviously much more expensive). After 2 month the money was still not refunded, sent 3 emails, no reply. Terrible customer service: hotline - no answer ever, either leave a message on the answering machine (call was never returned) or get kicked out. Looks like a scam to me

OnlineTicketExpress mid-leading ticket prices.

I ordered tickets for a football match and tickets totalled £170 with a handling charge of £49 and there was a total price on the order of £319. Below this figure was a price in euros of 389 which I took to be the converted price from sterling. When charged on my account the charge was £359. I contacted them by email and was advised that the charge was correct as the figure of 389 euros was showing on the order. They refused to answer any further emails and told me to ring customer services but no one answers the calls. The is a real con which needs to be stopped.

OnlineTicketExpress tickets for a football match

They sold me for 510 euros Category 1 Premium Platinum Tickets for Chelsea vs. Arsenal but they sent me Restricted view tickets on the last row and the worst position in the stadium which they bought for 46£ and reselled to me for 510€. They lied to me constantly on chat assuring me that they were the best tickest in the stadium. They won't answer to any complain. This must me a scam/fraud for sure. Never buy from this site. Customer service does not exist and it seems like they fooled a lot of people before me.
They take advantage of tourist traveling for sport events and they must not answer as they are a bogus company from Spain.

OnlineTicketExpress football tickets that never arrived

Hi,

I bought 8 tickets from onlineticketexpress.com on the 5 Jan 2018 for a match in Barcelona on the 14 March, kick off was 8.45pm and they cancelled my ticket order at 6.12pm. We are now out of pocket for flights, hotel and transfers.

They promised me for 2 days that my tickets would arrive at my hotel or be sent to me by email but they never arrived. They don't answer their phones nor respond to your emails.

OnlineTicketExpress Criminal organization!

This is a criminal company, do not give them your money! I have ordered several tickets for the whole family and paid a big amount of money and never received my tickets! OnlineTicketExpress customer never replied and I can't think of a way how to get my money back! I will not give up that easily. Until then I will post negative feedback about them everywhere I can. People, do not do business with this scam organization!

OnlineTicketExpress I haven't received my tickets and impossible to return money back

I bought two tickets for the Champion League games on the website www.onlineticketexpress.com. I transferred money through Western Union, but after that I haven’t received any confirmation info, no receipt as well. Scam. I tried to contact the owner of this website, but all my emails were returned back. I have no idea how I can get money back or reach the seller. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

They will not deliver your tickets to you. I bought 4 tickets to a premier League match for 4*170 £ - cat 1. When I arrived at London the Company had delivered cat. 3 tickets in the away section. Listprice 35 £. I have tried to get a refund, but every time I phone them they promise that they will get back to me, but they never do. You will get tired of phoning them before they do and you will never get any promised refund.

This is a hopeless organization. Suggesting that it is ok to deliver tickets up to the morning of the event is fraud. Bought tickets for the snooker final and have been told it is ok to wait till Monday morning till they arrive. Consumers should start taking this company to court over the service they are attempting to provide. I will be.

I bought 2 tickets in 2 different orders and I called them to put both tickets together in one order and cancel one shipment. Their answer: "we can´t do that". Apparently it´s to hard to put my 2 tickets together in one shipment. Irrational people.

We had a lot of problems making the order by bad communication from Onlineticketexpress.com. We paid 128 euro for two cards. But the cards were 28 euro's in total. We had terrible places in the nock of the stadion in one of the corners. The didn't tell us that the match was postponed. We were lucky to find out ourselves. This company is only interested in money and has no interest in quality.

Don't use them! Complete scam I did not receive any tickets for Man Utd match and was not told this until Two hours before the match. I had flown in from the Caribbean and am out of pocket by $1000. I am still waiting for my refund. I doubt I will ever see it.

They can't ship your tickets because judging by the amount of complaints online about them they are probably never going to have them!
These guys are ticket touts or sclapers who want to make a fast buck by pretending they have tickets. If they manage to get hold of some then you might get lucky - if they dont then you wont see your money again and they'll blame someone else.
Do your research online and you'll see what I mean

Anyone noticed that Online Ticket Express post the same reply to anyone complaining about them?
No attemp whatsoever to address the issues - merely a statement claiming that the customer is talking rubbish.
These guys look totally untrustworthy and I am begining to believ that the thousands of people complaining can't all be talking "rubbish"
If they are proffessional then they would address the issues wouldnt they?

I purchased tickets to Roland Garros concert from onlineticketsexpress.com. After I paid for the tickets, I haven’t received any confirmation emails or tracking number for my tickets. I am so disappointed with the services of this seller. It is impossible to contact the seller, because they ignore my emails. So frustrated and I don’t know how to return my money. The seller is fraud and steals money from customers.

I bought two tickets to the Robbie Williams concert in Amsterdam and received the confirmation e-mail From: OnlineTicketExpress [mailto:[protected]@onlineticket-express.com] Sent: Friday, January 18, 2013 7:56 PM.
According to the instructions in the e-mail of confirmation I sent a confirmation e-mail back on January 20, 2013 to [protected]@onlineticketexpress.com Cc: [protected]@onlineticketexpress.com; Subject: Order 141917 Confirmation and completion address.
Because I received no response to e-mail above, I sent another e-mail Sunday, January 27, 2013 7:28 PM To: [protected]@onlineticketexpress.com; [protected]@onlineticketexpress.com Subject: Order 141917 – Help, when I requested information about the expedition status of our tickets.
Yesterday, February 6, 2013, I sent a message through the site of Onlineticketexpress to Customer Service Department in order to request feedback about out tickets.
Unfortunately I have not received any response and tickets have not arrived yet, so please help to get the tickets or the money money extracted from the card!

bought 2 tickets from this company for the liverpool v man city match at £107 each catagory one, they took £354 from my account. They eventually sent me restricted view tickets valued at £46.00 in the away team seating area. I will be reporting them to the police and trading standards. Please do not EVER use this site for tickets of any sort.

we bought tickets to the match Arsenal Vs. Westham, which was suppose to take place at boxing day 2012. we flew from Israel to LOndon to see the game, but few days before our arrival the game has been postpond. we've been told we won't get our money back, because those are the terms. o.k.
we asked them to deliver the tickets to the new game (which took pace yesterday, Jenuary 23, 2013)
we called them all day and at the costumer service we've been told that the tickets will arrive later, and that they will call us with a answer later on.
off course they didn't call, or texted. we tried calling them all afternoon but no answer. we didn't get those match tickets.
few minutes ago my husband called them to understand why we didn't get the tickets o at least got a phone call, they told him they tried to reach him few times but he didn't answer (that's a lie- he didn't get any phone calls)
and that they sent us an e-mail before the match that a representative is waiting with our tickets outside their office. needless to say- we didn't get any e-mail of that kind.
because of their story, they won't return our money.
i'll never ever buy tickets from them again, and i hope so will you...

OnlineTicketExpress £1,000+ SCAM -- refunded from my bank using CHARGEBACK

How I got my 1, 000+ GBP back from these little sneaky cowards (football match tickets never delivered, tracking number they gave me invalid as per Royal Mail, not answering my calls and emails):

I submitted, via post, a chargeback request to the bank that issued the Visa Debit card that I used to pay to OTE. Attached print outs of my correspondence with OTE (which mostly was me asking them where my tickets or money are), account statement showing the debit transaction from my account, email confirmation from these dishonest persons that my order has been processed, proof of tracking number never activated, and random 50 online reviews of OTE’s customers (that – surprise surprise! - all happen to say this bunch of malodorous scoundrels is a scam), and MY BANK REFUNDED ME THE WHOLE AMOUNT IN 2 WEEKS ! There’s loads of info on chargeback on the web, I used this link: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback

OnlineTicketExpress It was absolutely clear that this was a huge SCAM

I paid $517.00 for 3 tickets for my family who have gone to London to watch to a Chelsea - Aston Villa match. I received a telephone call at 5:30 am yesterday morning to be told that the tickets will not be delivered to the hotel as promised; their supply was no longer available but that I can get other tickets by adding 65 pounds/ per person if I wish. I demanded a full refund and was told someone would contact me at a later date. It was absolutely clear that this was a huge SCAM and it was too late to undo. Visa will not reimburse the sale as I had approved it with them.
