One Finance review: Dispute dept bad!!! Bank should be shut down and sued

I bought a drone from a company from Thailand drove that was sent to me wasn't the drone I ordered so I filed a dispute requested from the company a full refund and a return label. Do you want to send me a return label to keep say that I will give you 20% 5% 10% off I said no I want full refund but one finance which is better known as one pay dispute department read everything they said virtual submitted terms and conditions on the order form if you look at it the receipt, there's no terms and condition. they never said no team condition either side no terms and conditon one this order I never check off a box agreeing too and the dispute dept didn't read the stuff or proof you sent to them
