We booked our holiday from the 24th June to the 8th of July. As there was no pick up from the airport to the hotel provided (which we was unaware of) we added a taxi to take us there.
when the paper work came through via email, our holiday was changed to the 23rd of June to the 7th of July which didn't work out for us. After days of trying to get through to some one to speak to, and endless emails sent without a reply, We decided to cancel the holiday. We paid the cancellation fee's, which was extremely high for what it was, and have all the paper work to prove it.
Now there asking for the payment for the other holiday they booked which we didn't want.
How can a company this bad be allowed to advertise on the TV and radio, its appalling.
Recommendation: Avoid this company at all costs, appalling customer care service and no way to speak to a real person.
