I have tried to phone. The number does not work. I have e-mailed my contact - no response. I have used the online services - no result. I am VERY NERVOUS that this holiday is going to go wrong as nothing makes sense so far. I need to understand what is happening ASAP. It seems my booking does not exist on their web site. Friday, 5th and Saturday 6th.I have e-mailed before those dates as well. I was getting answers such from: res.department@accountant.com (this is an On The Beach address). Now nothing.

Couldn't agree more. Tried to do a chat (twice) useless. They don't even offer to provide a transcript of your conversation. Won't be booking with On the Beach again. Tried to email but it immediately bounced back. Will try the phone number, but don't hold out much hope.
