On The Beach review: Refund of cancelled flights

I booked holiday via on the beach MYB12981595B. I later received email from Ryanair than our return flight has been cancelled due to commercial reason. They offered alternative flight the following day which was not suitable for us. They offered refund on both flights. However only part of the refund has been received into my account ending 0665 which totals £239.96. The remainder of the refund £403 or there abouts was refunded to account ending 1815 which is not my account. On the beach have refunded me the hotel cost of £1000.33 minus admin charges. Since it was Ryanair who cancelled my flight I should have received the refund. I did not cancel the flight. I would like the refund of the cancelled flights, may I add not cancelled by me but by ryainair. Ryanair have kindly offered me the full refund of flights but £403 of this refund has went to on the beach. I would like to receive this back from on the beach. I did not cancel the flight. I was whole hearted looking forward to this time away. Land upset that the flight was cancelled by Ryanair and I did not expect on the beach to receive my refund which I am finding difficult to get back off on the beach
