On the Beach review: Don't book with on the beach.

Booked Christmas 2026 holiday; booked seats, then decided to upgrade to business which included the seats. I know it's only £120 but even so; I did a chat with On the Beach because that was the only way I could get hold of someone; they said I had to contact TUI; which I did had another long chat on-line with them, they were really helpful but said they could only deal with OntheBeach (they also helpfully sent me a transcript of our chat). Went back to OTB but they said they couldn't help and ended the chat, no transcript available. Search for a phone number to contact [protected]) message saying they don't take calls on this number but to call a premium rate number! [protected] - surprise surprise, couldn't get through. So because of OTB not being forthcoming and available I'm out of pocket to the tune of £120. Shame on you. I doubt I'll get a response from them, but you can live in hope!
