Nate came out to work on my fridge and was very professional. Nate explained what he was doing, so I could understand. He explained the tools needed and how to loosen the front vent cover and bolts. He did a great job.

OmegaForce kept me in the loop as they diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, obtained the part, and scheduled the repair. The serviceman Delton arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. I don't know how this could have gone better.

Matt was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. By the time Matt get here the problem with our stove had corrected itself. Matt advised us he didn't think there was any problem with the control module however my wife insisted on replacing it. I want to commend Matt for his honesty.

Nate, our technician arrived as scheduled. He inspected our appliance and was able to pinpoint the exact problem but wasn't able to fix it the same day since he had to order a part. He came back the following week and fixed our fridge. He was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend his services.

Very professional and called when they were running early - yes, I said "early." Matt came out to look at our microwave oven which was no longer cooking food. He was very thorough. He tested and verified each potential failed component in the order of most likely to least likely to be the culprit. He allowed us to hover over him, addressed our questions, and discussed each action he took. When he finally got to the potential problem that would be the more costly and require a second set of hands, he gave us cost estimates for each option. In the end, any repair would cost the same as a new microwave and he concurred. He ensured that he left his workspace in the condition in which he found it and we parted amicably. I would call Omega Force for any appliance repair in the future and would gladly welcome Matt back. I'm happy we found them.

Our refrigerator was not cooling and we called several repair services in a slight panic due to the circumstances. Omega Force was the first to be able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The technician knew his business. He clearly explained the problem and provided an accurate quote before beginning his work. The technician repaired the refrigerator with parts he brought with him. Then, he let us know that the model of refrigerator we own has a pretty serious problem that he regularly fixes and that we should look at replacing it soon. He was kind and considerate and followed social distancing rules while in the house, which was appreciated.
