Casey came in and did an excellent job on repairing our dishwasher and then made a follow up visit to make sure it was done right. I've used Mason Dixon Appliance Repair three times now over the pass couple of years for different reasons. Each time our problems were fixed quickly and at a fair price. One time he even fixed our dishwasher the same day I called him. Any time my friends are having an appliance issue, I always recommending calling these guys first.

Their prices and attention to detail were excellent and I will call no other services again. They have my business for life and I will tell all my friends and family about them.

From start to finish the process was simple and easy to use the website to schedule to the text alerts before he arrived. If you need someone to rely on I would highly recommend his services.

Mason Dixon is very efficient! They stay in touch with the customer through text/email when setting up a time to come to do the repair & get the customer set up quickly. Casey was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator & give me instructions on what needed to be done. I will definitely call them for any future appliance issues! Casey was wonderful and very professional! I LOVE when technicians are upfront about costs. For example: If this part doesn't fix the issue, then another part is required and this is the potential cost to fix both and so on. I will definitely keep Mason Dixon Appliance Repair in the back of my mind for any future repairs we may need, as this experience was truly wonderful from start to finish!

Although he was unable to arrive within the two hour window of time, the technician kept in touch by text to let me know why he was delayed and when he would arrive. When he did arrive, he found the problem, had the correct part in his van, and replaced it promptly. He is polite, well mannered and professional in his appearance and actions. Will definitely call him in the future if I have appliance problems.

Cassie is very knowledgeable on many brands. He has repaired three different brands with great success. When he wasn't sure of one repair he contacted someone with more experience with that brand and got the information he needed to do it correctly. He is friendly, always leaves the area he works in clean and tidy, and has help tips to keep my appliances working smoothly. I highly recommend the company.

Casey is friendly, knowledgeable, and always shows up on time. In addition, he calls or texts to let you know he is on his way. His website is easy to use and makes it effortless to schedule your appointment. He has repaired my LG refrigerator (new compressor) and my GE Microwave (new circuit board).
