Olive Garden olive garden

The Olive Garden is so drug infested, and general manager won't rid of the problem. I would NOT recommend eating at this restaurant establishment. Employees go outside and get high and then cook our food. My husband works there, and it's some place you would not want to eat if you see who handles your food. Lubbock, Texas Olive Garden needs new management and make it a nice and drug free place like it used to be.

Olive Garden buy one get one meal

Went to Olive Garden in Slidell, la to celebrate a birthday.Upon entering the restaurant, there was a horrible stench that permeated throughout the area. My husband and I order from the buy one get one special entrees. To my huge chagrin the take one meal was frozen and had heat up instructions. Something in the loaded chips gave me an allergic reaction and my eyes swelled up. The meatball pizza bowl was nothing like the advertisement. Olive Garden used to be so good and actually tasty. Now they are horrible. Bland tasting seasoning. We were all so disappointed. We will never go there again. Ever.

Olive Garden kitchen manager/food

I was in Lafayette this weekend and took my kids and their girlfriends out for a birthday dinner at you restaurant. My oldest son ordered the steak Gorgonzola medium rare and the entire table received our food and he was still waiting. When his plate finally arrived at the table it was the wrong meal. We sent it back and when it finally came back a second time the pasta was over cooked and gummy, the steak was super well done, and the sauce was dried out. Both of my son's girlfriends ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup with came out twice with no chicken and about 2 gnocchi per bowl. Our bowl of salad for the table was really warm like it was sitting under the heat lamp. The lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were squishy and either really over ripe or hot. When we asked to see the manager we were told that the kitchen manager Steve that was the reason for the disappointing food and for the wrong plate coming to us refused to come to our table. My son ended up not getting any food at all and went home to just eat something else. And our waitress also informed us that when she got a little sassy with Steve because he refused to come to our table, she was sent home for the day. I will never visit this location ever again and I feel that Steve has no business in a kitchen of a restaurant. I have never had so many problems with one single meal. On top of all that the marinara sauce was completely flavorless.

Olive Garden calculating tip amount using sales tax

I have yet, to see any restaurant, including yours, calculate the correct tipping amount. Everyone INCLUDES the sales tax in the tipping amount percentage. It should be EXCLUDED. Please tell me what service, the tipping amount provided. What service did the State of Texas provide? I have no problem tipping on the amount of food served, provided the waiter provides adequate service. To me, it seems, you are trying to capitalize on the customer's ignorance/oversight to help them pay for your underpaid server(s). I think, that as a corporation, you should eliminate this practice immediately. Your comments would be appreciated. Details of my complaint/suggestion: Olive Garden number 1037, Check number 26894.

Olive Garden 5.50 tip mysteriously added to our credit card bill after we left a $10 tip

olive garden 1538 our server was very nice. we ordered chxparm sand and bogo.after receiving our food our server never returned until 18 mins later. we have not consumed any food as their was maybe 2 oz. of sauce. she asked if we needed to go containers.we have not had any of our food and it is 24 mins after receiving our meal so now is cold. we asked for a side of sauce since it was clearly dry. upon receiving our bill we were charged 3.49 2x as dipping sauces. when we questioned our server she stated we should have requested EXTRA sauce in the beginning.so she removed the 2 $3.49 with a civil attitude. we left a $10 tip cash our total was 26.26. somehow our card was charged 31.51.upon calling location gm he told me lets see if it fixes itself. IS THIS A JOKE! he then told me sometimes the servers hit the wrong amounts with the wrong cards so lets see what happens give it a day. MYSTERIOUSLY THE 5.25 WENT AWAYso how many times do servers charge the wrong cards.i do our books and their is a 3% mix up. I will never eat at olive garden again. my company purchases at least 5000 . in gift cards from your company in the past 10 years nov dec. for our company. how disappointing. linda [protected]@yahoo.com

Olive Garden buy one get one free

the companies ad states buy one get one free. not true. you have to pick from a menu certain items that qualify then you have a choice. the ad implies you buy one entree get another to take home. portions of what you take home are a lesser quantity. when you get to your table the is a menu buy one get one to take home after our drink I asked Elvia she pointed out the menu

Olive Garden jenn at washington olive garden

I heard this server who was in the middle room of Olive Garden near fireplace at the Washington Olive Garden in pa say to her table that she steals deserts and takes them home every night and that she tries to stay away from the black people that work in the facility. I am black so this offended me. I did not say anything to the manager because the restaurant was so busy my food took 44 min to arrive to my table. I expect her to either be made aware or terminated because she steals and is racist.

Olive Garden service

Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant. I dine there 1 or 2 a month, never had a complaint until last night. Me, my husband and my son dined at Olive Garden on 9/14/18. My son and myself both ordered Chicken Alfredo with the gnocchi soup. My husband ordered Shrimp Scampi with the salad. My husband ate majority of his salad, he had a little bit left which i ate. When he asked our waitress if he could have another salad she stated it would be a charge! We asked why since the soups and salads are unlimited. She stated because we shared the salad we would be charged for the next salad! I have eaten at Olive Garden so many times as I stated this is my favorite restaurant and I have NEVER been told that before. So because I ate some of my husband's salad, its no longer unlimited! Like he's being penalized for me tasting his food!? Ive been to Olive Garden where the server has brought out plates for us and saw us sharing a salad and the salad was still unlimited never once did any of them ever say "oh its a charge now because more than one person ate the salad" This was in Phoenix, AZ Metro Center location. I most definitely will not be dining there anymore. Im so upset!

Olive Garden food/ decor

When I started eating my pizza bowl the meatballs did not taste like real meat, the salad had pink and brown leaves on it. The waitress never offered us seconds not that I would've opted to have any...The fake plants next to us, we notice they had a lot of dust on it and that's very unsanitary I believe... I was very disappointed and I don't think I would ever visit this location again. Also the wait is never offered us a taste test of any wine nor did she offer to sell us any, I'm very upset to the point where I didn't eat the meatballs I left them on the plate.. The pizza bowl was not a pizza crust it was a fried pita bread That was saturated in Grease not a very appetizing meal at all...

Olive Garden the company!!

It is very disappointing that your company is requiring your employees to go into work during this hurricane! I will never eat at any of your restaurants again and I will do my very best to let this be known on every aspect of social media! My daughter lives in Florence SC and now has to drive over an hour to Columbia SC and she has 2 small kids at home. You people are greedy and thoughtless!

Olive Garden eggplant parm

Hello my name is Shelby, I ordered olive garden via uber eats on 9/12/2018 and 20 mins after eats I got super sick/food poison. I called the olive garden and spoke to the manager "Steve" he said no one today has gotten sick, and that i must be allergic to something like tomato sauce and I'm like no...I don't ever get sick I'm just bringing this to your attention he never apologized, I didn't ask for a refund but now I am, I would of called sooner than two hours since it was delivered but I was too sick to call. I now, since talking to a manager and him not offering anything gained my suspension that he could care less about customer service. I worked at Bahama breeze which I know is both under Darden so this is my first ever complaint with any Darden Resturaunt, I now want a full refund and to talk to customer relations. Thankyou. Here's the only order number I received from uber eats #8B77A

Olive Garden product and service

Me and family was at your site on sunday on abercorn street in savannah ga. A party of 18 and the service was horrible firstvwe was at the bar bo pineapple juice then we sat at the dinner table no lemons no asparagus they mess up my check and try to charge me 120.00 for 4 people they ran us down at the door because cameron the waiter didnt ring the order up correctly and the manager randall wasnt even better because you making us pay for your waiter mistake

Olive Garden server

I will not include the server's name here because while she is worse than indifferent, I feel it is the responsibility of management to insure that they are employing engaged people and monitoring the level of service. When I spoke with a Manager about poor service, no refills, not clearing table, etc., etc., he mentioned that I could ask to not have the same server when I returned. Really? No establishment should be employing people that their customers need to avoid! Shameful all around. I don't know what this restaurant plans on doing to restore customer faith. We don't have to patronize you. I for one will not go thru the aggravation and lack of respect.

Olive Garden dirty, filthy booths

We visit your restaurant quite frequently and to be honest this is the first time I actually felt like hurling after I ordered our meals.

This booth we sat on had the most disgusting, filthy boosts I have ever seen at your restaurants.

I am writing hoping someone will rent cleaners to clean this place up!

Olive Garden my whole trip

The service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes for water, didnt get straws. Got food before water. She refused to give salad and breadsticks even though it came with kids menu. They charged us for Blackberry Pineapple Tea even though we just got water and she will not take it off the check. She refused to give us kids meal. Our food was cold. After another 30 minutes she said "i forgot to change your check and give breadsticks" She spilt soup while handing it to us and didnt clean it up. We ordered soup and salad and we only got the soup and again refused to give it to us. I dont know her name but she is on table 20. We got here at 6 and its currently 8 and they still havent fixed the check. I am highly unsatisfied and will not be returning to olive garden. She also didnt give us the mints she said she was going to forget. Repeatedly we were told " i forgot about you" This is the Hurstborne location in Louisville Kentucky.

Olive Garden quality of food

The quality of food served at the Wake Forest NC location always leaves more to be desired. I'm writing because this is not a one time occurence. It seems every visit to this location results in a problem with the food served. We typically visit every other month. Until recently because of frustration with orders.

My order has almost always been the same. Chicken Alfredo with chicken gnocchi soup. I have received over cooked chicken, and watery soup on occasions . In addition I have ordered chicken Alfredo for a gathering to get home and have chicken that was too salty and no one could enjoy the dish. A phone call to the location the next day brought further frustration as the manager told me they don't add salt to grilled chicken. As if what I stated could not be factual. Once I mentioned that the chicken was in juices or a brine. He indicated they do in fact serve the catered orders that way to keep the chicken moist and would check the juice used to package the chicken. I was offered $30 back from the cost of the pasta which was $54. I decided after that visit I would no longer patronize the Wake Forest location. Despite the decision I made at that time, once again I visited the location today. Once again I was served watery soup.
This location requires training on making this soup. I have confirmed that the soup should be creamy not watery. There have been few times I have been served this soup and it was creamy. I would add that on every occasion I have spoken with the managers who have all been nice. However it is ridiculous that they repeadly serve the soup the same way. I understand they may be busy. However, the cook likely needs more time to thicken or not enough of the ingredient that thickens it has been added. Please check this location to determine if it meets your standards I seriously doubt it.

Olive Garden food

I eat at Olive Garden often but yesterday I had the worst chicken alfredo I have ever had. The sauce was watery and bland. There was barely any chicken in the whole dish. The portion was extremely small all together. All my friends agreed that this dish was outrageously portioned and below standard. I was very disappointed. I hope to have better meal there soon.

my husband and I had a ugly experience with your manager a olive garden sept 7 at the one at 2695 laurens rd greenville sc 29607 her name is Hannah my husband ha soup toscana when he goy to the botton of the bowl was a piece of paper i gave it to the waitress and she gave it to the manager she came to our table and said itwas a big piece of onion first that was a lie because we look at it and torn a piece to see was it something to eat we tod her what it was she look at us and walk away she did not say they was very sorry or anything she was very rude and we should be compensate fot hat ugly erperience we could have made a scene but we paid our bill and decide to see how you handle this matter

Olive Garden refused buy one take one advertised special

After returning from a day at Disneyworld, I took my family for a meal at this location. However, I did not know I would be judged by my appearance since Olive Garden is a chain and usually there is not a dress code. I am very hurt and disappointed that I was treated indifferent by my waiter last night. I watched the tables around me get superior service while me and my children went ignored, received subpar service and were cheated out of the buy one take one special due a savvy trick by the waiter (switched electronic machines on table). We waited 5 minutes for water, 10 minutes for drinks and 15 minutes before we got our order taken although we knew what we wanted as soon as we sat down.
First of all once we were seated, I observed the waiter working very hard packing to go boxes for a very large table of approx.. 10 people. He came over (very unconcerned) and said "Someone will be with you soon". (This guy never introduced himself, so we did not know he was going to be our waiter). We waited as we watched this guy walk in and out the room of the large group, really giving them superior service. We were very thirsty and I needed to go to the restroom, however I was trying to wait on our waiter so I could order first. We pressed the "call staff" button on the electronic thing on the table. The same guy came over and turned it off we ordered our drinks at that time. The guy came back with water and no drinks, due to his apparent business with the table of 10 people. I went to the restroom, not able to wait any longer.
While I was in the restroom my daughter pressed the call button again and she told me a different waiter came over to help her. She told me the other waiter asked who was our waiter and she did not know because he never actually introduced himself nor told us his name. My daughter said she pointed the guy out as he arrived with wrong drinks. By this time I was back from the restroom and saw we had the wrong drinks (strawberry smoothies in tall glasses). I then waited more time until I saw waiter again and called him over and notified him we were given the wrong drinks. He took the nice smoothies that were in tall glasses (lovely) back and after 5 more minutes brought back significantly smaller bubble glasses of the right smoothies we ordered (still with a strawberry on them). I did not want to bother him about the smaller size and strawberry décor for mango due to his already present annoyance with us as I was tired too.
Our food arrived and was great however we never received our take one food to go. The waiter brought the check and when we tried to point out the take one special on the electronic thing on the table he said…"Oh, this is not for this table, see the wrong table number"(as he pointed at the bottom of the electronic thing). He proceeded to take it away and came back with another one and slid my credit card which I had on the table after he brought the bill and he waited on the receipt to come out, then we never saw him again. Extremely disappointed and not in the mood to explain our poor waiter and beg for food or proper service, we left.
I had hoped to have a relaxing dinner with my children instead this was a stressful, problematic event.

Olive Garden possibly lack of communication between staff

My wife and I went to Olive Garden and were seated very quickly. After being seated we waited about 12 to 15 minutes and no server or waiter had even done so much to even greet us or introduce themselves. During that time another and much larger table was sat (after us) and their waiter greeted them and introduced themselves. After waiting this much time my wife and I were really annoyed. As soon as we stood up a waiter had asked if we have been helped, we kindly responded that we have been here for about 15 minutes and no waiter has spoken to us. He asked us to hold on and went to talk to the host who sat us as we walked out. My wife had just gotten a call telling her she got hired at this new place. I took her out to celebrate and waiting that long put a damper on the moment. I'm not sure if anyone reading this has waited even 5-10 minutes for something but that short time felt so long.
