Payment issue
Good day.
My name is Precious Lukhele from Limpopo Phalaborwa, i was staying at Embalenhle/Secunda
I got interested with L couch which i took decision on buying it with installment.
It happened that i got critical ill i went back home from Embalenhle, when i got home mu family decided to go to Embalenhle to take my belongings.
They didn't ask anything to my surprise couch was also included in my belongings so i got better, i decided to go to Phalaborwa OK branch.
It was July i can't recall the date, when i get onto the store wanted to explain to consultant, she told me to go where i come from like she chase a dog.., she couldn't even try to call the other side which is Embalenhle to communicate so that it can be possible to transfer my account for me to be easier to pay.
And i work as a retailer i know the procedure. And also i tried to pay online as link was sent, it declined, my money was never reversed,it was on 30 August 2024 since then i stopped paying, i was waiting for the call of coming to take the furniture back.
