I am in Zeerust, on the 28th August I went to OK Furniture in Zeerust for final payments and collection of my lay bye. So everything was done until the last part of loading my products on my very own delivery car. So i do not know if the store has a problem with customers who buy and bring their own delivery cars, because it was not communicated to me when i applied for this lay bye. So i was being assisted by two gentlemen, they loaded my suites on the delivery van, they refused to tie these products with the reason that its not their responsibility, i then asked them to properly pack these products on the van, as they just loaded in such a way that i will not be able to drive and reach home with my things intact. So I reported the matter to the Store Manager, and she literally begged these two gentle to assist us. so the guys came out to tell me that they are going to offload those products and they will not put them back on the van. It was chaotic to such an extent that one of the sofas got broken in that process it was taken back to the store for exchange. I ended up having to ask a pass by stranger to assist, load the products and tie them ourselves.

Bought a fridge at OK furniture at dawn park shopping center during their black Friday sale and I've been waiting for it ever since ,I was told it has not been delivered to them so i can not get it immediately but i should pay they will call when it come,and its over a month now, for how long should one wait for their staff they bought

I have since lay bought a wardrobe at OK Furnishers Engcobo branch, a month ago it was on special and the sales lady called to ask if I will not be able to settle it, which I did. She told me that it will be delivered before the 20/07/2022 but I have not received my wardrobe as yet. Can you help with this.
