My complaint: I want to replace my flash drive as the one I received doesn't work. Maybe it's damaged, maybe it's broken. Hard to say. It's still in its box, I used it just twice: to see how it works and to make sure that it doesn't work :) So I don't even ask for a refund, I just want to replace it.
At first, I wanted to write a review on their website, but then I thought that probably they would ignore it or would delete it, so I decided that I don't need any risks.
