I was skeptical to deal with ITM Trading as I thought it would be another "buy our program to learn " sales pitch. I warched the videos and was very impressed. I was put in touch with their team. It was not a pitch to buy, it was an economic education on money. Never any pressure but a wealth of information I never knew. Since that first conversation with their team, I became a client and made a new friend. I cannot say enough about ITM Trading. I anticipate many more transactions in the near future. Call them. You won't be disappointed but you will come away with a valuable experience.

I have been a client of ITM Trading for at least a decade. I've found their service to be very professional and attentive. My advisor, [Advisor's Name], has always been very patient understanding my needs/concerns and most importantly, NEVER used pressure tactics to solicit a sale. I did my research on the purchasing gold coins but what I got from ITM Trading was above and beyond my expectations, I have Donna Corbin in my corner. ITM Trading has been wonderful to work with, and I can't say enough about their focus on freely educating the public via their YouTube channel, whether you purchase from them or not. I personally dealt with Jane Doe, a senior analyst, with ITM. I was ready to make a purchase in our first meeting, but she wanted to take the time to understand what my goals and current economic situation is before recommending a purchase. She also made sure I understood the purchasing process, as well as, providing additional education and information about metals in general. I thoroughly recommend ITM Trading and Jane Doe for their expertise and the trust that I have gained in them as a result of my purchase. I found my experience with ITM Trading so exceptional I came back twice! They are a team of outstanding performers not emerging like a Phoenix but emerging out of a Phoenix. Lynette has become a Global star in the exposure of the absurd shenanigans of the FED and their allies and a great advocate of individuals taking control of their own affairs. Her presentations are always measured and respectful and fully researched with no equivocation and with the utmost integrity. My direct dealings were with Donna C whom I found a pleasure to deal with. She was extremely competent, courteous and caring and her simple no-nonsense advice was invaluable to me. I found ITM Trading through their website earlier this year. I have placed a few orders from them and have had a good experience. I have ordered from them using a credit card and via ACH. Both methods work with the credit card being a bit too expensive to do again. The main purpose of ITM Trading is to build a long term relationship with their customers. They want to build life long relationships where they can share their knowledge, data, and opinions. My guy is my designated representative and he has been great. He has advised me both on silver and gold. He has made purchase recommendations to me and has allowed me to go with my gut. I'm more of a silver bug than a gold bug. At the end of the day my representative and his team at ITM Trading are there to give you information so that you can make an informed decision. It is important to invest in precious metals and know that you can rely on ITM Trading and my representative to point you in the right direction. You are given many choices in life with what to do with your money, ITM Trading will help you make better decisions.

Keely Carter was assigned as my consultant the day I called ITM Trading. So far, we have conducted business 3 times. Keely's knowledge on Pre 33 Constitutional currency is razor sharp. Every time I talk with Keely, I receive a crystal clear and accurate lesson and a deeper appreciation over what the United States taking us off of the gold standard, in August 1971, did and continues to do to our, soon to perish, fiat system. Keely has been so kind and has dealt patiently with my every question. Keely kept every appointment promptly. Lynette Zang's educational presentations are excellent mini history lessons and I love and recommend the interview that she conducted from her beautiful garden and sparkling pond on December 8, with her guest and friend, Mr. George Gilder. The persons who met on the secluded and mysterious Jekyll Island, off our Georgia coast, that included the likes of Paul Warburg and Nelson Aldrich (aka Nelson Rockefeller) to establish the Fed, so conveniently in secret on that fateful Christmas in 1913, were not acting on your behalf and ladies and gentlemen, are not your friends. Protect yourself from the coming bankers' 'holiday'. Study Lynette's educational lessons. Call Keely and she will help you to protect yourself. For me, I cannot imagine/ consider my purchasing precious metals from another. The propriety displayed during each phone conversation, written emails, purchasing processes, the formalities of "going into trade" - all of it - spoke volumes to the integrity of ITM and my personal consultant Martin S. After following for several months Lynette's videos, I knew that collectible gold was for me. From whom better and wiser was I to buy than the business for whom Lynette spoke and shared her plethora of experiential knowledge and research. Her passion was/ is contagious! I made the call and was introduced to Martin S, ITM's consultant, who took the baton for the next leg of the steadily and strategically paced response to the finish line. Martin met me “on my turf" where he coached me on how to survive and thrive the present financial reset. I consider him my mentor and now my friend. He is excited for me and my personal portfolio, which was interdependently built based upon my goals and ITM's workable/ attainable strategy. I could not be happier or more at peace with what was accomplished! "If you don't hold it, you don't own it." Lynette Z is worth her weight in gold. I would advise people to get some of their info from her if you watch her channel but buy your precious metals elsewhere. The reps at ITM Trading are terrible. This is a tiny company that tries to rope you in by demanding ALL of your personal information then suggesting you spend everything you have with them. They call it a "strategy." I call it vetting you to see how much you have and can get you to spend with them. I first spoke to Martin who sarcastically asked me if I could afford their $1,500 minimum. And, while that was extremely insulting, I still gave them another chance because I watch Lynette on YouTube. So I asked for another rep. Then I got Donna who spoke for an hour without letting me talk at all. Not to mention, she ate her lunch on the call. I wanted to buy both gold and silver but when I asked her if I should buy gold she said, "if you told me you have $20,000 laying around I would say yes." I was appalled. Especially when the spot price of gold was at almost $2,000 per ounce at the time. Apparently 1 or 2 ounces of gold, along with my silver, as a beginner would not have been enough for her. By the end of the call she rushed off the phone before I could place an order. At the end of the call she said, we can speak again "if you want." I was confused. Did she want me to purchase or not? I did want to buy and did not know much about how to find other companies at the time. So I asked for a second call to purchase. On that call, Donna ate her lunch (again) and discouraged me from buying the gold I wanted as well as the silver bullion I wanted. She suggest A LOT of junk silver. Which is fine to buy some, but this felt like, "stay on your level" implicit bias. So I insisted on also purchasing bullion along with the junk silver. After I mailed the check to ITM, I emailed Donna a few times as well as left messages with questions about my order. She did not respond. Because she said (and it also stated on the website) that the items would not ship until after a certain date- which was at least 2 months in the future- I was very concerned about a non-responsive representative. She said that "after" a certain date could mean ANYTIME after that date. So rather than waiting that long with a $1,500 min purchase and a rep who clearly did not value me as a customer, I canceled my order. Since then, I've found larger online bullion dealers that are happy to service me whether I spend $300 or $3,000. And the delivery is super fast and free. And there is no minimum anywhere else. The $1,500 min only comes into play if you want to avoid sales tax. At this point, I've made about 10 purchases from different online dealers and all of them were 100x better than ITM Trading with customer service, delivery ease of website and my overall experience. And the larger companies offer returns and exchanges with no hassle. And most importantly, they valued me as a customer, regardless of my gender or race- unlike ITM Trading. Two thumbs down for ITM Trading.
