5 Stars is not enough recognition If anyone would have told us we could qualify for a mortgage a year ago I would have said they were crazy. After speaking with John Doe at Topflight Financial we went ahead and tried. John Doe made us understand the process and walked us through every step of the way. It took us longer than normal because our credit was BAD. John Doe took his time and explained each step we needed to take to fix our credit and get us qualified. After 6 months of his time and patience we were finally approved and closed last week. If you think it can't happen, John Doe will work with you and make it happen. We cannot thank John Doe for making this happen for us.

I truly applaud the work of John, Sarah, and the Top Flite Financial team with assisting in refinancing my mortgage. I appreciate their patience with me allowing me to ask the questions I needed to ask and always replying with on time assuring answers from the moment of the first phone call/text until the last. There were no delays in the process, definitely on point and no surprises everything laid out on the table. I thank them all for playing their part to ensure that this process progressed successfully for my benefit. It is not easy to gain comfort with people you have not physically met so their professionalism and pride in their work demonstrated through text, calls and emails said it all...

Top Flite Financial and their team were THE BEST PART of my entire refinance process. The company app offers total transparency through the process. Daily updates of what information was received, what is needed, what is in process and what to expect next. The team worked tirelessly to assist me in every aspect from inspections to insurance. I was certain to receive a phone call from the team every Friday simply to ensure that I had any questions answered, was updated to any changes or issues that were being handled and just touch base prior to the weekend. The entire refinance was seamless resulting in the best interest rate, and closing within an impressive amount of time. I would HIGHLY recommend them for ALL of your mortgage needs.

These 5 star reviews must be authored by family and friends of the employees. I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I was sold a great refinancing promise that turned out to be all hot air. After 3-4 weeks of delays I moved to another financing company. They offered a better rate and can close now but Top Flite is stating that the appraisal I paid for will cost me $175 to transfer to the new company. To make the experience more painful they will only accept the $$ by check and by mail. So I wait for the US Mail, then I wait for their internal accounting department to process my check, then I wait for the appraisal to transfer. So A loan I can close on in 2 days will be delayed 10-14 more days. Offer better customer service and you will not loose people to a competitor. No not penalize me and hold up an appraisal I paid for.

My loan experience was absolute garbage until I met Jane Smith. She is by far the best loan officer you could ever choose or work with. I went through 2 companies before her. She did everything she said she would and most companies don't. They promise a lot but don't follow through. She was nothing short of a miracle worker, a ninja, a part-time therapist for my stress, and always focused on getting my loan finished as fast as possible. Even when I became difficult to work with, she was patiently there for me every second of it and even sent me flowers! Who does that? Who has that much dedication? SHE DOES! She stands tall above the rest. I couldn't be more happy, satisfied, and lucky to have had her on my side. She is the only one I will ever recommend or go to myself! I'm not exaggerating when I tell you, she will deliver on every promise made!

I would like to tell everyone how much of a pleasure it was working with John and Sarah at Top Flite Financial. I went into the Lending Tree app and was researching mortgages and over a period of about 6 months, I was receiving text messages from a phone number I did not recognize. It all came together at the right time though because I asked who this number was, and he introduced himself as John from Top Flite. It was strange because we were coming off a denial from our current mortgage carrier. I sent John some basic information and within a few minutes, we had a preliminary approval for a cash-out refinance. Fast-forward about a month later, we closed, and we could not have been happier. I have never done a refinance before, and John and Sarah made it very easy. I would recommend Top Flite to anyone looking for a new or existing mortgage refinance. Thanks guys, you were awesome.

Top Flite Financial was the first person who contacted me after I applied on-line for refinancing our home. She asked a lot of questions and said she could get us refinanced AND cash- out so that we could eliminate almost all of our debt. She would be saving us a ton of money each month! If you're reading this, you are probably doing due diligence on Top Flite Financial. My family just closed our loan with Top Flite. As a satisfied customer, I offer you this. We were looking for a lender who embodied the values and professionalism that we wanted, and we deserved. Exceptional Performance, Results. Top Flite is Top Notch. Our research came down to 2 choices: work with Top Flite Financial, a high-performance engine or ride the Banks' underwhelming Performance, Results was fully embodied in our Loan Team led by John Smith, our Loan Officer, and his Associate Jane Doe. It was like having our own Private Banker in John and our information concierge Jane. John moved our loan at light speed through the regulatory jungle with his "let's get it done" approach. He identified our needs and delivered the results we wanted. Top Flite and John truly care about their clients, believe me, become one and you'll see.

If you want to work with someone who gives great customer service, I suggest doing a re-fi with Top Flite Financial, a reputable mortgage company (NMLS #***) / ***... initial contact was with Mortgage Coordinator [Name of Coordinator] who then turned our application over to Sr Loan Manager [Name of Manager]. [Name of Manager] then introduced me to Mortgage Processor [Name of Processor]; they're out of [Location], [State], and said she'd be processing our loan. [Name of Processor] was quickly responsive and very helpful all along the way, as was [Name of Coordinator]... text, email, phone calls, and by App. [Name of Processor] explained the whole process from the beginning as to what we could expect, and answered any questions I had along the way - I couldn't have asked for anyone better to work with. [Name of Processor] and [Name of Coordinator] made the whole process smooth and efficient. We were able to wrap a roof loan into the re-fi, along with a 6 month COVID forbearance, and we shortened the term of our loan at a better fixed interest rate than what we had; with no money out of our pocket except the appraisal. I started my Refinance with Top Flite Financial on July 27th. I was getting the run around for 3 months and 3 weeks. I was trying to get a refinance on my home to take care of bills and to pay a lawyer to represent me in court to prove my case was my business partners crime and not mine. I begged and begged that they hurry up with the process, begged to speak with a processor or underwriter. I never spoke to an underwriter or processor about the things I needed to get the loan closed. I was told that my loan was approved and was waiting on the underwriter to bless the file and I could sign week one or two of November. I got the run around again and the file got downgraded to a manual underwrite after they told me the file was approved and ready for me to sign. the file went into Underwriting on Sept 27, 2021, and today then they reached out to me stating that I had a court case show up on fraud guard and they would need a letter of explanation to the underwriter to clear up anything that was going on with me. I sent the letter to the company representative and he said he would pass the information over to the Underwriter. I logged in the next day to check on my loan...and they closed it out and didn't tell me I was declined. I bet they are going to send me a letter giving me the reason for decline and I don't have any liens on my home. I could have just sold my home back in August or September if I knew they would give me the run around for not weeks but months. This is bad business all the way around. I had to call them daily to get updates from them. I would not recommend anyone to work with this company. I don't see how they have a high rating.
