I've been having issues with grant houses since 2001.. I put in for a transfer to a bigger apartment 3bedrooms in 2001 when I had ms. Garcia as a housing assistant they claim they can't find the paper work... I did another in 2007 they clain there was a computer glitch and that they where sorry they would back date my paper work... However it is now 2011 ad I have 6people living in a 2bed room apartment my husband and I our 2 daughters ages 17 and 2 and our 2 boys ages 15 and 8... I don't see what's the hold up or why its taking so long my 2 girls should not be sharing a room with my 2 boys and especially not at those ages... All they keep telling me is that its a numberised system andi have to wait for my number to come up.. I've already contacted the management office and spoke to my housing assistant aswell her supervisor/the bourgh office/city hall/albany/the white house/bill perkind/charles rangel/tenants rights exectera and nothing... Every time I call the rent office they say I have to waitand tat i've already written everybody.. Me and my family are in need of help if anyone has any advise thehy can offer... Help us please
