I purchased 2 tires made by Faulken om 1/20/2008 and noticed that the the front wheels shacked after the tires were put on and balanced. I also had a car alignment preformed. I brought the car to the local Honda dealership a few weeks later and they thought that the tires were bad. I took the car back to the NTB store in Olathe KS and requested that they inspect the tires. The manager told me that they don't to Tire warranty work on the weekends and that I would have to come back during the week. He also said in a rude manner that if Honda messed with the tires in any way he wasn't going to do anything. I don't work by any NTB store so this makes it very hard to get a tire replaced from them without paying for a new one. My first caution is don't purchase the road hazard protection from them because it's almost worthless. They tried to charge me to fix the flat which should have been covered and then said that the tire did not have a leak, but two days later it was almost flat again. I called the store 3 months later on A Sunday afternoon to see if it was okay to come in for an alignment and tire balance. The service person that answered the phone said, " sure that was fine." I showed up at the store 20 minutes later and there was one customer in front of me that was getting new tires . It took about 10-15 minutes for the counter person to serve him. During that time two other customers joined the line behind me. Just before it was my turn to get served the Manager walked up to the counter person and said to him in a rude manner, " I don't want you to help that guy, tell him that we don't have any time. When the service person told me this the manager was still near by and I said to him, " t I called in and was told that it was okay to come in. The Manager yelled to me and said who did you talk too? I said the counter person. He said to me you need to call and speak to me, the Manager. He had a very mad look on his face at this point and looked like he might come at me for a moment. I started to walk out of the store and noticed that the counter person was helping the next person that was behind me. As I walked out of the manager was walked out behind me and was heading for another car. I mentioned to him one more time probably in a rude manner on how poor his customer service was he became very angry and I just walked away. I contacted NTB Customer Service on Monday Morning and informed them of the situation. They apologized for what happened but that did not make me fell much better. This is a new store and it appears that it sets a bad example for NTB as a whole. I will never purchase tires from NTB again because of what occurred at the Olathe KS Store.
