NSBAtaken money out of my account

I have called you MANY times and every time i call customer service gives me a mail box number ([protected] for Romy) to leave a message, no one has bothered to return my calls, i have been calling for a couple of months! My complaint is i authorized you to take $1.00 out of my account for the information packet, i never recieved the packet and you have sinced taken out $149.95 out of my account. This has caused my account to go into closing status!! I have tried to resolve this over the phone so many times, and no one calls back! When i try the [protected] number, I am on hold from 8-25 minutes then i get hung up on!! I want this matter resloved i want the money back that i NEVER authorized you to take out and i think you should pay the bounce fees which is $29.00 since you never had permission to take out the $149.95. I would appriciate a prompt responce since i have been so patient. Thankyou Julie and Jeffery Stapleton (Hardys Handyman)

    I had the exact same thing happen...agreed to one dollar and amazingly never received packet and two days later they stole 149.95 out of my account. Beware small businesses they start their call by telling you your company has been approved for a $8, ooo credit card...its a totally scam. Deborah, Entire Tree Service
