Northwest Medical Center review: CT abdomen technician

Today 02.06.2026 time 10.00 am i had my ct abdomen and pelvis..Ordered for my dr.Chohuan at northwest hospital 2300 s houghtonrd rd...The tech had troubles injecting the contrast agent..She tried 2 times right arm,,then left arm.I told her call the doctor.No she called her assistan tried lef arm nothing again right arm nothing finally called 2 guys. Tried right nothing ..Left nothing finally right again! my arms have bruises i have headache..They did not apologized. Rude people the famous ct abdomen and plevis was only 15 minutes or less!the room was with lights on. I have mri before another place and always the room of the images are with lights off...I dont know if they tried with new needles!if i have some infection is their faul the first needles did not work were manipulated!this is my complaint i need somebody call me ..And investigate what happened with those two technicians..Bad rude people. I have my pictures how are my arms!i need some manager supervisor called me
