When you go on-line you are able to make an "appointment" for this ER. I made my appointment and waited an hour to make my way over there. Once there I noticed they were taking everyone who came in after me while leaving me sitting there.

When I asked what they take everyone while I sit there well past my "appointment" time I was told they do not honor any appointments. So why allow me to make one.

I went in with a suspect blood clot in my left leg. Went to ER on advice of a 24/7 nurse due to my symptoms. After I complaint they put me in a room where I sat for over an hour, now well past my appt time.

Obviously the staff at this location does not consider a potential blood clot as a serious condition so I left. If I had know they never honor appointments they allowed to make on-line I would NEVER have gone there, I just thought an "appointment" would be faster.

The last time I tried this facility I had sliced a chunk out of a finger and was unable to stop the bleeding. I unfortunately had forgotten my ins card so they sent me away, my towel soaked with blood and dripping thru their parking lot!

Horrible place! My complaint is why do they allow you to make an appointment on-line when they do not honor any appointments. Wasted my time as I would have gone to a real ER vs this makeshift one. Either honor your appointments or do not have on-line appointments available. FYI, per a nurse I was not the first person that day to complain about their failure to honor appointments. Obviously will NEVER go to or recommend this facility
