Northeast Appliance Pros

On February 6, a guy from Northeast Appliance Pros came to my house to fix my broken stove. But let me tell you, he didn't even bother to check it out. He was in and out of my place in less than 5 minutes. All he did was jot down a part number that the stove manufacturer gave me, and then he had the nerve to charge me $95 for doing basically nothing. Can you believe it?

Since that day, I haven't heard a peep from Northeast Appliance Pros. No phone calls, no updates, no emails. I've tried calling them multiple times, sending emails, and even reaching out through their website, but it's like they've disappeared off the face of the earth. At one point, they told me they were waiting for the part to arrive and that they were in touch with the manufacturer about any other parts needed for the repair. But guess what? I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted the manufacturer myself. And you know what they told me? They said that Northeast Appliance Pros hasn't ordered any parts from them since October . Can you believe the audacity of these people?

I've been straight-up lied to by Northeast Appliance Pros, and to top it all off, they charged me for a service that I never even received. Can you say rip-off?
