Battery Service
All I needed was battery serive. I needed them to replace the battery that I bought from them that was still under warranty. 1st technician Grady arrives and states he is about to get off work and doesn't have the battery closes ticket and tells me to call in and start all over...I did...2nd technician Jordan shows up states that they now charge a fee of $65 which I wasn't happy about but agreed to pay...He's not sure how to switch out the battery so he's on the phone getting help...
I come back to the garage 10 minutes later, He's gone! No battery service, no explanation, no phone call no text...Just left
Garage door open and lights on...
I call again 3rd technician closed the ticket out 2 minutes after it was assigned and claimed he came out but didn't...
I've used their service many times and the service was great...
Horrible service this time!
Desired outcome: What I asked for I the first place...Honor you warranty and replace the battery
Unethical behaviour
this company is triple A certified and they refused to give me the discount afforded to triple a members it was one of the reasons i let the tow truck take me there in the first place so on the day the truck took me to this place i told them the PCV valve and hose was broken it was leaking oil it needed to be fixed and that the radiator was losing a little water i also told them i was driving down the street when the car shut off so they said they would figure it out and give me a call 5 calls later each adding an additional problem and more money it ended up being around 900$ so i pay drive the car home then look at the invoice all they did was replace the coolant, timing belt, water pump, oil change, valve cover, power steering and alternator belt A/C belt they never even fixed the PCV valve and hose charged me almost double for parts i should have recieved a discount on i had to take the car back because they created a gash on the hose to the radiator and had the nerve to charge me 164$ i had to take it back yet again to fix another leak in the engine that should have been fixed but they did that one for free and at this point my PCV valve and hose is still not fixed this place should not be associated with triple A in anyway shape or form they will rip you off and when doing a diagnostic test if your standing there they cover your field of view so you cant see whats going on
