I purchased an iPhone 15 128GB (International Version – Green) through Noon Egypt on May 27, 2025 (Order No. NEGH50073524366), sold by Dr. Mobile.
The product was clearly advertised as tax and customs-cleared, and registered with the NTRA (National Telecom Regulatory Authority – Egypt). However, the phone I received does not meet these specifications. There is no NTRA registration, and the device appears to be a parallel import.
I contacted Noon support multiple times, shared all required documentation (invoice, product photos, original listing), and was promised a response within 48 hours. I'm now on day 5 with no response or action from any responsible team.
This reflects a serious issue with post-sale support and customer protection. I have already:
- Filed a complaint with Egypt's Consumer Protection Agency (CPA)
- Left a negative review on Google and Trustpilot
- Shared the case on social media and complaint websites
Unless Noon resolves this issue by providing a full refund or a compliant replacement, I will pursue legal action through official channels.
Very disappointing experience from a supposedly reputable platform.
Claimed loss: 48,222 EGP – Paid for a phone that is not compliant with advertised specifications (tax-cleared, NTRA registered).
