I am using Nokia 9500 which had some problem and I took the same to the Nokia Care run by HCL in Sector 2 of Noida. Till now I am given dates to collect my handset but when I used to reach there, the response was same "After 2 days". After a weak I was told that the repairmen can cost up to Rs. 30,000. I consulted the manager who was not entertaining customers for an unknown reason and was very misbehaving. I told them to return my handset and for that they demanded again 2 more days!

    Whom so ever it may concern,
    I had bought a Nokia 3200 S last year and in the last 4 months i have given the phone for servicing for the same problem at NOKIA CARE. KELLY's CHENNAI.

    The first time i was told that the mother board had gone because of water in it, which did not happen. The second time i was told that the wire was loose in the mother board.

    The third time now, they say that the slide strip has gone.
    Is there a place wher a complain can be made which stops the production.

    Not worth using a NOKIA. Will never ever refer to buy Nokia.

    It just a piece of [censor]. added to that is the Nokia Care. They think tht we are oblicated to them. Very poor customer service. Feel like bashing them up.

    Nokia is all balls.

    I am Kuldeep from dehradun. I have taken service from Nokia care centre Dehradun near clock Tower throgh job sheet 5490. But the services of Nokia care is very poor. They have not meaning of timely services to custmer. Firstly they say to give service with in two days but after that provide my handset with in week. I am suffering without my handset. thery are crying for parts of mobile .This is wondering nokia care have not parts.

    dear sir before some days i was gone to your custmer service care center at dehradoon which is estaiblish behind GPO NAME MEHTA CUSTMER CARE OF NOKIA . sir, i am saying in very short way that is very very worst center of dehradoon . it is not a custmer care center but it is like a income center of nokia.

    i have buyed a n70m on july 2008 but it was dead on nov 2008. every one said it can't be repaired. even in hcl nokiacare. very bad about nokia. if any one can help me pls call me.

    i completely agree wt u guys d condition at nokia care s pathetic poor management i think these guys have got too many more customers than they had ever expected i have been facing similar problems for my 2 months old nokia e62 they take 15 days 2 rectify the problem in the fone and most importantly the problem still exists its surely a v bad idea 2 buy a nokia phone the competitors are far better atleast they care for their customers

    i am using nokia 6600 from past 5yrs.i walked into a nokia service center with a great respect thinking that i will be satisfied but i found a worst service from them.which is in malleshwaram, bangalore.they have taken 20 long days but still not even a single positive sign.i think customer's dissatisfaction is the reason for nokia have got a huge brand name in the market.
    if their intension is customer satisfaction let they consider this complaint in serious manner. my job sheet number is [protected]/080304/3.

    Dear Nokia Care Manager,

    I purchase the Nokia-6030 mobile on 03-11-2007 in "Moorty & Sons" at ameerpet,hyderabad. My mobile re-charge pin is strucked in the Nokia charger. Today i brought at ameerpet "Mobi Quest" nokia authorized care center and told the same problem to them and told the warranty date also. they told that if you pay money to the repairs they will take the mobile other wise they won't do the free service and said the repair cost is approximately rs600/-. Please take the necessary actions on that service company and do the needful.

    I am having nokia 3250, right now i am in noida...i had given my phone just to change the antenna and swith on/off button.. they promised me to handover the phone within a week. but it didn't happened... they took more than ten days... and when i went there to get my phone back.. they returned my phone unrepaired and removed software... and forcefully they took the service charge... I am really fade up with their behaviour...
    Now what action should I take against them.... Please suggest me...

    Newly bought the N81 and only 2 weeks old,the phone hang.Poor poor service from Nokia Care Centre in Malaysia.I have a very bad experience with Nokia Care Centre today.Early morning, I went to one of the Care Centre in Bangsar, delayed in shop opening by 1 hour,then told me NO technician around for the day and worst part was the assistant there give me the other branch in One Utama, which has technician and asked me to call myself whether there is technician available and they don't even call as a Care Centre.
    I called the other branch and said that by 11am,the technician will be in.I reached the branch at 11.15am and the technician wasn't in yet.So, I explained the phone situation to one of the personnel and submitted the repair form and he asked me to come back in 2 hours.My phone was hang in a way like,just plain screen when on without any image.After 2 hours, i went back to collect and was told the phone need to change some hardware which I doubt as it seem required some reset setting only.Then, they direct me to another branch which claim that the HQ only can provide parts.
    To my dismay,when I reach home and check again,my phone was completely out of order.It is worse after repaired by the technician.Then, I try to call them to find out what defect that caused my phone to be that way.But, no response after calling for 10 times.A Care Centre without picking up call??
    I was kick like a ball as a customer from one place to another and yet my phone problem has not been resolve.Such a high end product and branded product,I have to suffer for all this.
    Out of all the brand in Market,I bought Nokia and that is what I deserve after purchase and with the poor after sales service.Tomorrow, I will sent my phone to the said HQ Branch.Will I be treated the same???
    Will I obtain the phone in a day since I need it so badly??Will I be getting back the Newly phone I bought after all this hasle???
    CAN I TRUST NOKIA ANYMORE???

    Hi,

    I am Bhagesh Puri; I am working with Xavient Software Solutions, Noida. I purchased a NOKIA 7610 in the month of April 2006.

    It stopped working few days ago so I gave it for repair at NOKIA CARE, Sector 2, Noida -201301. When I gave it for repair it was working fine, the only problem I faced was that it was dead.

    The moment you will press the ON/OFF button it will give you the white light, however it will not show you NOKIA on the screen and the white light goes away.

    Now I got it repaired for Rs. 675. It is working now but it hangs a lot when I will try to open the Camera and at times if I will click some pictures it will give me half blank picture.

    And the other problem which has started now is that my voice echo a lot whenever I talk to someone and the other persons voice comes a bit distorted as if the speaker is damaged but I have checked the loudspeaker also it’s the same.

    These problems were not there previously.

    I tried changing the SIM but the problem is the same. I think that it was not repaired properly. I am sorry to say this but I am telling you what I feel.

    I don’t know what to do now as I have already paid the money. So could you please help me regarding this.

    To add to above list, I have given my mobile handset at Nokia Care at A-78 Sector-2 to Mr.Rawat for repair. Since my set do not cover warranty period I was told that the estimated cost for repair would be intimated to me but after 2 days I got message to collect my Handset. On the Jobsheet they have mentioned that the some component is being replaced, when asked they said it is been rectified and after 2 days I would see the same problem.

    As I am also working person, It is really difficult to visit often to Nokia care and they never wanted the problem to be solved at first visit. I could see the crowd over there who are not the first time visitors, almost all of them having there problem unsolved.

    I think either the person who picks the mobile at counter is not aware of defining the issue or the technical persons lacks the ability to sort the problem at first time.

    I totally agree with all the above complaints. i am using a nokia 323o handset. it was just around 6 months old and the mobile started behaving randomly. it was shutting down automatically and dialing numbers automatically. finally i found a hcl nokia care service center and gave my mobile for repair. only later did i realize that it was one of the worst mistakes of my life time. i was PROMISED that my mobile will be returned in 2 days. but when i showed up after 2 days, their never-ending cycle of postponing started. then i started checking the status on the internet.

    Their online checking system is another big joke. every morning the status will change and request you to come and check the status tomorrow. probably that is the only thing the website is capable of doing.

    After around 15 days a big miracle happened. it was during one of my regular visits to the service center. the man at the desk declared that they have finally identified the problem with my handset. i was totally going like what the ****? then he said my mobile will be replaced and it will take around 15 days time.

    So finally after a month's time, i received back my mobile and i didn't even check the condition in the service center. i just left the place hoping against hopes that the replaced piece would be good. but as expected the new handset has the same problem. this one's even worse. its RESTARTING automatically.

    I wonder how the hell has hcl infinet received the iso 9001:2000 certification. its not even worth a kindergarten pass certificate. also i don't the think the jokers at the service centers should be blamed, after all they are jokers. the higher management which takes such totally STUPID decisions beyond their capabilities and leaving these jokers to bear the brunt should be fired.

    Probably nokia should think again about working with such low class companies which talk a lot and under perform beyond anyone's wildest nightmares. i strongly believe that hcl should scrap off this idea of nokia service centers to save their face.
    conclusion: hcl is just quantity and not quality.

    My phone had been with the stupid nokia for 1 month. call the idiotic customer service many times, and wanted their superior to revert on when can i get my phone. All the lazy bums of Nokia Singapore are not working at all. Called few times, left many msg with those idiots and not a single calls from those idiots. Nokia is NOW the world's lousiest brand. Lousy customer service, lousy phone. Go and reflect on you supid service before coming up with any lousy phone again.

    I purchased Nokia N 95 last month within 15 days I faced a problem in my mobile that i am not able to hear the voice when I receive a call or dialing a call but the call is going on using handset, but when I use loudspeaker and headphone it is working properly so I gave for service to Hcl Nokia Care after 10 days they said the problem was not solved and they said they will give a replacement set for this so after 15 days again I approached them they gave me a set which I was shocked they gave me a old mobile which was used by someone as a replacement for the new mobile and the mobile is also having scratches and was used for 83 Hrs.

    What the ###... they are doing do they think all the customers are fool...

    Just close the Service Center or Nokia mobiles will be stopped using by the people.

    Hi got my nokia repaired at nokia care centre ogle market. For on off switch, they just switched on the set and charged for th e new switch saying th e switch was not available and to come after a week ever since its been always the same answer since the last three months what to do.

    The Nokia Care centre at Panjagutta in Hyderabad is very bad. Its Manager is worst Fellow, He is unfit for the job. He extends the delivery date which he say first, for months. He is not a manager, he is an image to show himself to the customers.

    if such persons are working in these care centers the goodwill of Nokia & HCL will be damage.

    Dirty service he has.

    The Nokia Care Center at Panjagutta in Hyderabad, is very bad
    service center. The General Manager (Mr.Sharma) is unfit for the post. He is not perfect in service and deliver the pieces in the delivery date which he decides. Again he extends the delivery date. Very bad habit he has. He is not a General manager, is an image to show himself to the customers.

    The goodwill of Nokia & HCL become damage with such persons work in the Care centers.

    MY HANDSET 1600 SET WAS PURCHASE ON 16-08-07 BUT ON
    BATTERY CONTINUOUS DISCHARGING EVEN BATTERY HAD REPLACED, FRANCHISE SEND TO PUNE FOR REPAIRING , IT LEAST 1 MONTH REQUIRED. COMPANY HAS TO REPLACE MY HAND SET.

    I m a Nokia User started from model 5110 and now presently with 5200. Over the years experience while using NOKIA...

    Nokia is loosing its reputation... The models especially the so called MUSIC PHONES is not giving any battery backups for making calls. For me it wont last for 5-6 calls.(avg. call min <10 min).

    Complaints given and servicing done and still there is no use. I frankly feel NOKIA dominance is over and its time to think beyond NOKIA.

    With the battery issues and ever growing user complaints NOKIA brand is going to be R.I.P soon in India.

    hello sir,

    as i am taken a amc(annual maintatacne contrat) with the hcl nokia care hclinfinet and paid amt rs 600 approx in the year of2006-2007 during this period i only get one many problem
    but the major problem was happend during the year 2007
    my phone do not start from date 5-7-2007 and i have submitted my phone to the company from since they have not repaied the phone.

    i have given three times my phone yet not repared. date

    2)12/7/2007 to [protected]( i have given my mobile for one month and they have return to me date-[protected]( yet not repared same problem occured.) the phone get dead on thet day.

    for certain reason i than subbmit my mobile on 5-9-2007(*while my amc expired mobile yet not repared)
    3) they given my phone today dated [protected](the same problem occured at one hour only.

    i talk the senior that my phone is not at all repared thay told to me that i cant repared the amc over

    I have n80 which i gave for service six weeks back and was supposed be repaired by 13 july . I have been calling them every day and everyday i am asked to call next day.

    The service at nokia care sucks.

    I had purchased Nokia N-93 from Virmani communications, dehradun on 26/10/2006.within these 8 months i had given my mobile thrice in your service center at dehradun as it was giving the problem in restart, hanging & no battery back up. But none of these problems were solved till date and now at present my hand set N-93 has already been sent to you at your delhi office. I am really very tired with this hand set and kindly request you to please replace my hand set as it is under warranty period. I also had a plan to purchase n-95 but it is getting delayed just because of present condition of my N-93. Looking forward for replacement of hand set at the earliest.     I have purchased NOKIA N-72 on 19/05/07 from the SUBHIKSHA MOBILE Via invoice no 991 , from the malviya Nagar, New Delhi .

    After purchasing i found that the Set is not working properly As its flash was not working up to the mark. So I deposited it to your Green Park branch for its rectification on 27/06/07.

    Today when went to receive the set it was found that My original camera was replaced by a old camera with a number of scratches on its glass & the numbering on the camera were faded & invisible .

    On my inquiring from Manager Mr. Dinesh he finally agreed that they have replaced my camera with the old one & asked me to visit again to replace this old camera & yet the set is not working properly.

    This type of acts is not expected from such a leading corporation like HCL.

    I've got Nokia e65 just 3 months before its a slider phone n nokia says its 100% scratch proof as its laired with something leather finish but the lair is getting off n off and the phone looks like hell with that, when i shown it to nokia care and the dealer they said, we cant help it... Can somebody help me as i am a regular costumer of nokia but it would have been my last nokia phone after i wont being helped by nokia about this matter, so expensive, nice featured phone but... hell...

    Poor, poor, poor service by Nokia care center in noida. I have some problem in my nokia 3250 and i goes to care center and after one month repair they give me a phone with others problem and i again submit my phone and now after 15 days they give me my phone.

    Now i am also facing some problems in my phone.
