Nissan service from nissan erickson (edmonton)

I bought a Kicks in November 2018. I bought a few accessories from this dealer. It is July 2019 with not a word from the dealer. I have called them several times (over 15 times) and went in person to Edmonton. Every time I am told, they will get back to me and they don't. The new GM himself, has 0 accountability. It is unacceptable to get this kind of service where the dealer has not refunded my money, has not given me the bought product and is leaving me hanging.

Nissan 2018 nissan titan sv gaser

My 2018 Nissan Titan has shift shock, meaning the rpms fluctuate badly when the automatic transmission shifts from gear to gear. I have been to a Nissan dealer and they tell me that's the way it is. With that being said the 2017 Nissan Titan has the same transmission and has had numerous TSB updates for this issue. Why is there no TSB for the 2018 models? Very frustrating because it has gradually gotten worse.

Nissan nissan warranty decision tree

I have three Nissan NV 200 two 2017's I have had two separate incidents. The first involving a Drivers side door after three months it was resolved. the Second is the ongoing air conditioner on NV200 resolved air fan motor not blowing. The dealership says the video show dirt and debris in blower unit cost to me NOT Covered under warranty. It says nothing in my warranty manual that is not covered. The dealership is the GOD when it comes to honoring the warranty, NOT the NISSAN CORPORATION. Sounds like a big scam to me a one source decision tree with no recourse or solution. If you like to have your vehicle for short terms say a year then by all means purchase a nissan. However after that year buyer be where u will absorb all costs

Nissan change of agreement

July 2, 2019
I went to Nissan on 500 Bayly Street West Ajax to have an oil change the week of June 24th. While waiting for the service to be completed I proceeded to the show room. While I was a salesman by the name of Matt approached me and convinced to purchase a Rogue.
To make a long story short the initial decision to purchase was changed after visiting other Nissan dealers and realized I has a better offer at the Bayly's location.

When Matt from the Bayly's location did not hear from me after a few days he left me a message and suggested that I should come back and we can make a better deal.
I decided to return to the location and met with Matt. Upon negotiation the sales manager by the name of Kevin Lee was brought in the to sweeten the deal. And, his exact words were, "what is it that I can do to change your mind"? I proceeded to tell him that I want the dollar number to be much lower. At that time the 3-year oil change was already written in the agreement. He then minus an additional $1500 dollars. He asked me to sign the agreement. I then sign the agreement and was asked to meet with the financial manager Steven.

Upon meeting with Steven, he reiterated Mr. Lee's offer of $25, 948.18 plus 3-year free oil change. He sold me on the additional warranty of and that is what brought the final figure to $25, 948.18.
I picked up the vehicle on Friday July 29th as agreed. When I arrived I met with Matt the sales man. However, Steven the financial manager was not in. When I signed all the papers, I realized the 3 years oil change plus the additional two years of oil change was not included in the purchase agreement. I quickly brought it to Matt's attention, and he said there was no oil change. I asked to speak to Mr. Lee and when He came, he said, "did you expect to get additional discount and oil change"? My response was yes because that is what I signed. He tried to tell me that this was a counteroffer. How I then told him your colleague Mr. Steven confirmed what I signed. He then said that Mr. Steven told him of the oil change, and he said oh no she is not getting the oil change and the discount. He allowed me to sign the document and made changes to the document when I left.
That same agreement I signed was brought to me when I insisted. That is when I noticed he wrote over it. There was absolutely no pen or writing over the paper I signed. I then asked for a copy they refused. Mr. Lee started shouting at me and said that we can tear the paper now and forgot all this happen. I said under no certain terms. What I expected is he holding true to their word.
It was an embarrassing moment because all the other employees and customers could hear Mr. Lee raised his voice at me. I told him this was very unprofessional and there is anyone that should be angry is myself. He kept saying do you think I would have given you additional discount and oil change? My response was yes because this is what we agreed to.
I would appreciate this issue address because, I would hate another customer go through what I went through. Again, all I am asking is Mr. Kevin Lee being held true to his word.
Allow me to say a brand like Nissan sells itself. However, if managers representing the dealers are shady a customer can quickly go to competitors that are reliable, trustworthy and are true to their word. Brands sell but shadiness don't.

I name is Estephanie Gregg and I can be reached at [protected].

Nissan turbo

I own a Nissan qasquai reg NA64 JWW 31, 000 miles recorded on the speedo. Travelling along whilst overtaking the red car light came onn, smoke started to pour out of the engine the engine then cut out and I came to a halt on the grass verge. Being a member of the A A I called them and they said that the turbo had failed. Being a Sunday they towed me to the nearest garage who took the car in and Spain they could repair it. It wasn't a Nissan dealer. The garage confirmed that it was the turbo that was faulty and also the starter motor was faulty and needed replacing, apparently in four years since New it has recorded 600 stop starts due to the stop start faci!ity. The reason I am taking issue is because this car has only completed 31000 miles since new, I appreciate that the car is out of warranty but I feel that turbo motors and starter motors should last longer than this. Therefore I would like to make a claim against you to cover the costs involved to repair the vehicle. The cost in question was £1300. I hope You give the matter your consideration.

Nissan the good bounces and I feel unsafe.

I purchased this vehicle in March and after having it for a week I noticed the hood bouncing at posted highway speed limits. I was very alarmed and frightened. I contacted my salesman and he told me to take it to the dealership as it was still under warranty. The Rogue is a 2016 and had just over 12000 miles on it. I did take it in, and the tech adjusted the hood stops, or whatever you call them. It was ok for about a week, but it began to bounce again within a week, and also whistled like an airplane touching down on the tarmac.Extremely scary. I have since taken it back twice and I don't think I should have to keep taking it back to get it adjusted, when it on starts bouncing again in a matter of days. The VIN # on it is KNMAT2MT3GP670722. I drive 50 plus miles round trip to work every day. Please help me get my car fixed. Thank you, Alice Nottingham

Nissan nissan qashqai 2019

Dear Nissan,
.
My name is Islam Hatem and I am from Cairo Egypt. After so many years of saving money to buy a respectable car I decided to buy your fancy Nissan Qashqai which is worth around 440, 000 EGP. I was not able to afford the full amount so I took a bank loan which made its price for me to be more than 500, 000 EGP. Before taking the decision to invest in you new fancy car I used to have KIA Cerato for 4 years and before that I owned an OPEL Corsa for 10 years with minimal problems after so many years of usage.

After 9 month of buying the brand new Nissan Qashqai from a show room in Cairo Egypt, I faced a problem with the car's performance so I went directly to the authorized service center. They informed me that there is a small problem in the turbo and they will work on it and they tried so simplify this. After more than 8 days we were chasing them, they told us that there is a complex problem in the motor engine and they have to change it and it will take other 2 to 3 weeks.

I am wondering if as a customer paying this amount of money which not allows me to buy BMW or MERCEDES, shall I lose my money after only 9 months ?.Secondly who will compensate me for the cost of transportation on daily basis taking into consideration that the car will remain in your center for the coming 3 weeks.

Finally, I know that you might be receiving hundreds of messages every day and there is a probability that you do not reply to my message but it worth trying. It would be great if you can help me to get my simple rights as a customer and an investor in the relationship. The two options I am willing to accept is whether to change the car with a new one or to get full refund for my money.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Email: [protected]@gmail.com

Best Regards

I'm totally disappointed with the service I've received from Nissan. I've been a LOYAL Nissan customer since 1990 and all of my cars have been Nissans which have been Brand New. In all I've purchased 4 Nissans. In 2000 I purchased a Nissan Maxima from the Brandon Nissan, when I moved back to the Tampa area in 2006 and that car was serviced by the Nissan...

Nissan transmission

I just bought a 2015 Nissan Altima ( less than three weeks ago ) with 21, 000 and have already had to bring it in to get transmission work done on it twice . I am afraid to take a trip in car and did not realize Nissan was on the top worst car list . I was so excited to get this car and now I am worried I'll be having it worked on monthly if not weekly . It is still under warranty yet it won't be in a year . If you are shopping for a car read about the transmission problems and lawsuits against Nissan before buying Nissan . I most likely will have to file one myself. The attorneys that works on bad car cases are free ( they get a percent when they win ). Maybe try a Honda or Toyota for other four children .

Nissan nissan grand livina xv (manual transmission)

Have a big doubt on the realibility of Nissan Car even though spare parts using original and routine services conducted by Nissan. Own a nissan car from 2012 with last routine service conducted by Nissan on 23rd Mar 2019. Today, this car broke down again for the 3rd time in the middle of the road and calling Nissan Customer Care, similar to my previous 2 broke down incidents, again not giving any solution but I have to call and pay for myself a tow truck to bring the car to the nearest Nissan workshop.
My personal experience with another brand, they at least assist in calling the tow truck.

I am 100% sure later, similar to the previous 2 broke down incidents, Nissan will come out with many excuses of the broke down and I have to pay for all the expenses again.

Well, should listen better to advise given by people about Nissan...enough is enough

Nissan nissan qasqai 1.2 dig-t oil loss problem, defective car

As an owner of qashqai 1.2 dig-t a/t (year 2014), I live in çorlu/tekirdağ turkey.
Unfortunately, I have to send an e-mail directly to you because nissan call center in turkey just says "your car is out of limited time warrany, so nothing to do but pay the whole repair expenses by yourself" instead of finding a satisfactory solution for the problem!
I bought this car in january, 2015. I use this car with almost no problem until october, 2018. My car is at 55.000 km. And out of limited warranty (3-year-warranty completed in january, 2018).
Around the beginning of november, 2018, we have noticed that there have been a strange knocking noise coming out from the bottom end of the engine, lack of power and poor performance which makes us unhappy.
When we took the car to nissan service (nissan atm in çorlu/tekirdağ turkey), they carried out test to vehicle including consumption test and found oil level low. Completing the oil up to normal level, they wanted us to drive the car for another 1600 km.in order to determine if the oil consumption level is acceptable or not. So, we did and went back to service. Checking the oil level, they found that there was 1 litre oil loss which was more than normal and unacceptable! No gasoline engine needs such a repair at 50.000-60.000 km!
Surfing on the internet, I find a lot of complaint about qashqai 1.2 dig-t faulty/incorrectly installed piston rings and faulty piston!
It is obvious that this is a defective car.
If I had checked the internet before, I wouldn't have bought this car! I regret it!
Eventually, they told us the engine needs to be repaired which costs around 15.000-20.000 turkish liras (roughly 3.000-4.000 usd). So, I can't get my car repaired if nissan doesn't help me by paying all the bill.
I asked nissan turkey if they replace the car with a brand new one free of charge instead of repairing or replacing the engine. But they said "no!".
Nissan should compensate for their own defective car!

Nissan automatic gearbox failure‏

I bought my 2011 Juke in May 2018 with only 40, 000 Km on the clock. It ran smoothly from right up to April 2019 until I came across rattling/ grinding noises from underneath the car.
I had it checked by a local Nissan garage who thought it might have been an automatic gearbox transmission issue which, they verbally stated, seems common with this model. The cost of repair according to the Nissan garage is approx $ 4, 000.
I spoken to Nissan Israel and they will offer me a goodwill compensation of less than $ 1, 000.
I did some independent research online and found that automatic transmission gearbox issues have been widely reported by Juke owners at around around 50, 000 Km (30, 000 miles). To my shock that is exactly the case with mine as I had done 50, 000 Km when I first experienced this issue. I understand that Nissan extended the warranty on some of these vehicles equipped with the CVT transmission from 5 years or 60, 000 miles to 10 years or 120, 000 miles.
I am stuck as this car is not drivable as of now and I am suffering great inconvenience. A car with only 50, 000 Km should not suffer automatic gearbox failure.
Please help me and instruct Nissan Israel to fully cover the commitment to Nissan owners all over the world.

Thank you

Nissan unethical behaviour, assumed discrimination, fraud

My name: brian r. dawson
Address: 602-62 old oak road, kingston ontario, k7m 6x3
Date of incident: march 5 2019, until so far, 2019-04-15

Car purchased: 2013 nissan sentra - 4dr s dn - cvt sv - stock # ct18-2
Mfr c4rg13
Vin#: 3n1ab7ap5dl655818
Dist. trav.89017 km

Sales person: ben kennedy

After meeting above sales person, I explained that I needed a reliable, easy on gas car, because my wife and I are disabled seniors, spending a lot of time with doctors and hospitals, every day of the week.
Sales person ben kennedy assured me that the car was very easy on gas, and mechanically sound. ends up it wasn't.

Even though I took the car for a test drive it seemed to run well, I did hear any strange noises, or feel any strange vibrations etc. is neither hear nor there, i'm not a mechanic.
I trusted this sales person, so I purchased the car. only to be let down, and left extremely frustrated.

First weekend following march 5 2019, we had to cancel a trip to napanee, because the alignment was so bad, I couldn't hold the car on the road, without exerting enough pressure on the steering wheel that it caused a burning in the muscle in my arm, bad enough I had to keep switching arms.
#1- had to get an alignment, and pay for it.
#2-3-4 days later I went to nissan's main dealership in kingston, on the way, engine light came on. had to pay to have that fixed.
Service advisor was jesse manning.
#3- ask this advisor if I could get service records on my car, he went out to my car, got the vin number went into his computer, handed me a copy of service record. when I got home I looked at it, the vin number wasn't even close to mine, and it was for an altima.
#5- after repairs were finished for the engine light the advisor gave me an inspection paper, which stated that I needed new struts in the rear of the car, the old ones were shot and leaking, and that would cost me almost $1000.00, and to be done right away.
#6- from there, I went over to car one, where I bought my car. told the young woman advisor my concerns about the struts and other repairs that was going to cost me over $1500.00 dollars in less than the first month of owning my car. she all but called me a liar, pulled up the inspection paper on her computer then stated in a loud voice, that there was nothing on the inspection sheet about rear struts.
I told her there was on the one I had at home. she snapped at me and stated that if those struts had to be done, it would have been done by them, car one, because that's where the safety was done.
I then asked her if she was telling me that the service advisor at nissan was lying, or was he telling the truth, and it was the mechanic at car one that do a proper safety?
At that, she shut her cell phone off, her computer, and more or less dismissed me by
Saying, she would get to the bottom of my complaint, and get back to me, that was the week of april 8 - april 13 2019.
As I expected, she never did get back to me.
I then checked the mechanics safety inspection, as I suspected, the only inspection he did was on the breaks, not one square on the back of the safety sheet was checked off.

The only resolution that would be reasonable, would be a full refund on the repairs that I have already paid for in less than the 30 days of march 2019.
And those rear struts, and front cv boot, (sorry I almost forgot the boot), should also be paid for by car one, because, had the safety been done properly, they would have had to change them before I would have bought them.

As for the mechanic, he either didn't want to follow the rules set down by law, or he
Was talked into just checking the brakes by the salesman ben kennedy in order to move the car off the lot sooner, as I was there waiting for it.
