Nissan - oil pan problem

I'm totally disappointed with the service I've received from Nissan. I've been a LOYAL Nissan customer since 1990 and all of my cars have been Nissans which have been Brand New. In all I've purchased 4 Nissans. In 2000 I purchased a Nissan Maxima from the Brandon Nissan, when I moved back to the Tampa area in 2006 and that car was serviced by the Nissan Dealer that was located in the ICOT location. I chose to drive from the Tampa area to this location which moved from ICOT on Ulmerton Road. I've followed the NISSAN dealer from ICOT on Ulmerton Road to Autoway Nissan (name changed) on US19 in Clearwater and they HAVE always serviced my car. Autoway Nissan became Fucillo Nissan who still serviced my car until 11 May 2019. I've only had my car(s) service at Autoway Nissan since 2006 until 2019. My previous Nissan Maxima was purchased by one of Autoway Nissan employees, because she knew the maintenance history my car. Then I purchased my current Nissan Maxima from Autoway Nissan and I still have that car now.

On 6 April 2019, I went in for a simple oil change and that is when my "Nightmare" began. This service at Fuccillo Nissan was done by an "incompetent worker" that "DAMAGED MY OIL PAN DRAIN PLUGGED" and tried to place the blame on the age of my car. When I left Fucillo Nissan on the 6 April 2019, I was provided with a document titled "Fuccillo Nissan Complimentary MPI, my checkmarks were all in the "GREEN" the last entry on this page is Fluid Leaks (Oil/Transmission/Coolant) was green. My leak came from the "incompetent workers" performance in replacing the Oil Drain Plug that was cross threaded or torque too tight. I don't change oil and NISSAN has been the ONLY one to work on my car(s). All of my oil changes and maintenance inspections are done at the recommendation of NISSAN to maintain optimal performance of my vehicle.
I've made a total of 3 trips to Fuccillo to have this problem fixed and the 3rd and final trip was on 11 May 2019, this is when the workers video film my car to show where the oil leak is coming from which is the "DRAIN PLUG" and I needed to replace the entire "Oil Pan". FIXED MY CAR AT NO COST TO ME!

On 13 May 2019, I called Fuccillo Nissan to speak with the service manager (Deanna Miller) which was a joke. She said was going to call me back and I have YET to hear from her about my problem. I've been waiting for her to return my calls and as yet NOTHING. I call Fuccillo and I get from the person that answers the calls is that Deanna is busy with another customer. I keep leaving my number and my calls go unreturned. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today is 20 May 2019, I've heard NOTHING.

I've contacted the Nissan Corporation, Franklin, Tenn., I was provided with a case number which I think was just done as a courtesy. I received a call back from them which "Brandy" said nothing could be done and to contact the dealer (Fuccillo). This was a WASTE OF MY TIME. I have my receipts and I want my car repaired. It doesn't matter if my car has HIGH Mileage as Fuccillo says. My car has 150, 000 plus mileages (17, 000) I'm the Only Owner. Loyal customer until 2019.
