I was very disappointed with the service provided by Ninja coatings. There were many promises made that were unfulfilled. When I initially signed the contract, I was told that there would be a week and a half wait. I did not get scheduled until three weeks after I signed the contract, then was rescheduled at the last minute. The employees that came to install my floors did not arrive until noon and consequently did not complete the work as advertised in "one day". It took a week for the entire process to be completed after I was promised that they would come back the next day because of their tardiness.I received no call backs after several messages were left with the office, my salesman, and the regional manager. To this day, I have received no call back from the regional manager after multiple messages left. The employees that performed the work left paper and cigarette butts on my property. I have multiple oil stains in my driveway left from the employees vehicle. I spent a significant amount of time touching up paint on my concrete board wall due to abrasions from their surface grinder. There are stains on my brick column from the material used for crack repairs.The handle on the latch that disengages my garage door from the motor came up missing after being used by the employees installing the floors. This entire experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our garage floor looks awesome. We had several hairline cracks in the concrete. These were sealed and with the beautiful Ninja Concrete Coatings these are no longer a concern. Definitely recommend them.
Ninja coatings is a complete scam
Ninja coatings is a complete scam. I signed contract may 5 for new pool deck. ITS end of August no new pool deck, When I call to complain all I get is excuses. The weather is bad, all my crews have COVID. Yep, thats just what they are excuses. No offer to refund my deposit and admit they cant do the job. Since Im 74 years old I do believe I was targeted and the victim of elder fraud.

I was very, very dissatisfied with the final result of 3 times back to my house to "fix" the problem. They did not keep their appointments and did not call to cancel. They were to come back and address issues with the coating and made appointments that they never showed for. Total lack of respect for the customer and his time. Always moved patio furniture to make sure they could do their job. Totally dis-respected me by not following through on their scheduled times. Never use this company.

Ninja Coatings is an incredible company with excellent employees. Our initial visit with Brandon was informative; he was honest and forthright about the process. Although we had to deal with a bit of inclimate weather for several days, Scott and the installation crew were timely, professional and courteous. Our concrete patio now has a beautiful, lifetime coating that has improved the look of our pool area and increased the value of our home. Our installers did a great job and were attentive to the details. I highly recommend Ninja to anyone looking to improve the appearance of their flooring.
