Ninja Coatings review: Still have a dip in the floor

I told this company that there is a dip in the concrete floor in the middle and was told the coating would even it out. After several months we finally had a hard rain that the wind drove the rain through the screens of the patio. The rest of the ninja floor dried except where the dip was it held water there. Now after a hard rain I have to squeegee the floor. I don't know how when pouring a liquid it would not level out. I probably should have complained to this company about it but after several months passed I may just get another company to fix this. I paid almost 4k for this coating.
