I bought a pair of all black Nike Running shoes in the wide foot variety Back in December 2022 and within 2 weeks of wearing, the left one started squeaking from inside. Now the right one is just barely starting to squeak. SUPER annoying! I have several pairs of older (2-5 year) Nikes and non of them have a squeaking problem. Several forums are suggesting removing the insole and either spraying WD-40 or putting baby powder on/in the sole but mine are glued in. I don't think I should have to rip the insole out of a new pair of shoes and add a lubricant to keep them from squeaking. Is there a better way or am I out of luck?

Hello I buy a nike revolution from flo turkey and its becomes damaged so I bring back to them they said we will examine and after two days I got a message that you can get a new pair of shoe from the store but when I go there they we don’t have in a stock you can get your refund or you can pay the difference for new pair of shoe. But now the problem is when I buy this shoe I was on sale and I buy for 470 tl now its price is 1350 tl and they pay me refund 470 tl. Why I get 470 tl if they don’t have stock its not my problem they have to arranged or give my old shoes back or if not then they have to compensate me with new shoe without any pay because its not my fault or issue that you don’t have in stock. So please help me in this matter I will be very grateful for you..

I purchased Nike running shoes - Model NIKE QUEST 6453/78378 (in November. I used it a few times (exaclty 6 times) and I noticed that the sole is coming loose. I went to the store but I couldn't exchange it because the date of purchase is over 60 days.

I would like to complain about the poor quality of the purchased product and get my money back. I may sent pictures of receip and the sole.

My sister in law ordered the above with my son's name on the back of the football shirt and number 9, the R in his name Jarvis came off and the yellow section stripes in the middle on the sides of the shirts started fraying and has run up the material, like a ladder in the yellow section and it looks terrible.

She said the shirt was more than £50 to order and personalised, I think she mentions £75, this was for his B Day roughly 6 months ago and he only wear the shirt once a week for football practice. Pls can you get back to me as we feel Nike should provide better quality for the price, and sports wear are mean to be durable as being washed allot and abrasion etc. Pls get back to me ai can send you the shirt to insect it yourself thanks

Yesterday on dated 25/12/2022 I went at your Mulund west Mumbai Nike outlet, from where I had purchased the shoes in the evening something around 4.00 Pm. I was explaining and telling my issue to Mr. Vikrant & Mr. Mahesh who were standing at the cash counter, Even I told them its not in warranty.

without listening to me and without answering me properly, they directly said,

"YAHA REPAIR NAHI HOGA" again I asked him in a polite way, sir you are not going to solve my problem or what, again he said the same thing "YAHA PE REPAIR NAHI HOGA" Even I told him that I had purchased a shoe from here only, but obvious if I am facing any issue, I will come here only. but again there was no proper response from Mr. Vikrant & Mr. Mahesh I just want to ask you, if a customer is taking a NIKE Shoe, which is an Brand & if he is facing any problem, so where should customer go?

Purchased Nike Air Jordans after 4 months they are coming apart not what I expect from a 200$ pair of sneakers. After contacting Nike they sent me email info to return the sneakers for a voucher (not what I want after having issues with a 200$ pair of sneakers). I understand no receipt but at least replace them with same ones. After reading terms and condition there are too many factors out of my control that make me hesitate to send shoes back. Like if denied they destroy them, and no sneakers or credit sent. Not to mention I have to now pay for shipping so you can receive your defective product? Nike not a good way to promote your business what a disappointment.

I had an issue with Merrill work boots, I contacted company they asked for pictures I sent then and within 2 weeks I received a brand-new pair. Now that's a company that stands behind their products. Mind you they are 175$ boots.

I have been going to the Nike store in Watts, CA 90001, and was told that if I write to you and complain that there are no more "Nike Watts" T Shirts. Can you please let me know when you will be having more made so I can purchase about 6 of the Nike Watts T shirts. Hi i bought football boots for my son and they became faulty after a year i contacted nike assist at the end of october had to send them back for inspection on the 8th november i received a gift card to purchase some more ,so i put them in my shopping basket as there was a discount voucher of twenty five per cent off i tried to use the gift card to buy them and some shin pads and pay extra but the gift card said there was zero balance on it and said error , for one month i have been trying to get this sorted out to no avail so you have £108.00 of my money and my son is having to miss football as he has no boots, and to top it off my husband suffered a heart attack weeks ago tommorow and hes off work with just basic sick pay , they should be replacing this gift card immediatly not fobbing me off for weeks and ignoring my emails . im in the uk thanks from johanne read [protected]

Hi I bought Size 8 Nike wear all day woman's shoes that was white and black symbol that was on sale for 56.99 from Kohl's in Lynchburg Virginia 24501, I have always loved Nike company, but this time I only wore them 3 days and the sole fell off I tried taking them back to Kohl's they was very rude and not very nice, so I threw them in the trash and when asked for the receipt back the lady said it was not in the bag, I asked her for a copy and they refused

I’m 71 years old my daughter talked me into buying some great shoes, I always buy the less expensive but this time I listened to her! I purchased a pair of Tn Air tennis shoes at the mall here in Dallas Texas at the Arlington mall! Now it’s been about a year or more but the left shoe the last string holder tore off now I have to use the last whole and it causes me to not tighten them up properly! Because it cuts down the blood flow to my foot! A silly thing but is there anything you can do to help me out! Like a left shoe replacement?

I don't understand if it is a issue with these 3 model of shoes you don't provide the shield with the shoes at the same price instead of suggest customer to buy it separately?

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and was charged for them via Klarna. Nike has no record of the order. I tried using the chat for help and was constantly disconnected and never actually helped. I have all three chat histories. They wouldn't even offer a discount for all my troubles. I still have a charge and no shoes. I am disputing the charge of course but don't really want to ever order via Nike again. I have always been a loyal customer and the support was definitely not up to par.

I bought a new pair of nike Vapor max this would be my fourth pair. I don't wear them often. Maybe 6 or 7 times each. Expect this green and orange pair which is my favorite color way. I put them on last week and went to the mall after walking around a few hours, the bubble on each pair cracked and burst. After paying $220 and $230 plus tax each I feel robbed.

Everytime I try to get some shoes are new releases such as the Nike dunk love black and white that drop today. I’m never able to get them but than there on Facebook, instagram, stock x, stadiums goods, goat, Amazon, and other shoe platform for more than the shoe is actually worth. I’m sick of y’all allowing these people to continue buying up all the shoes just for them to sell it for double the price. Something has to be done about this. I ordered two pairs of different nike shoes, the first was legend essential and the second was nike reax. Both pairs of shoes had visible glue under the shoe's sole and all around where the sole is attached to the rest of the shoe. Not to mention the quality overall just looks like cheap shiny plastic or almost like the shoe was 3d printed. For the amount of money that nike charges for shoes you'd think the quality would match. I am so disappointed. I returned the legend essentials but The reax i kept aren't even that comfortable.

@nike ….I have not bought a Nike product since 1996. My kids have been hounding me about Nike for many years and they have never owned any Nike products. Why you may be asking? It’s simple, you decided to not stand by one of your products (Nike air flights) that I sent back to you and written numerous letters to your corp office. (Paint literally rubbed off and if I stepped in a puddle you would hear swish noises from the “air” inside the heal )You made the decision to save yourself the 20.00 cost of goods rather than satisfy a unsatisfied customer. Your 20.00 savings has cost you at least 10000.00 in revenue that you would have gotten from me over the last 26 years. My kids are 19,16 and 15. No Nike for them. Also I must have told this story to countless people do we’re surprised. The reason I’m writing to you is because my son is a fencer and apparently Nike has the best fencing shoes out there,, not many options for this sport. Before I go ahead and buy Kempa or Adidas dartagnon, I promised I would reach out to Nike one final last time.

It appears Nike is in the process of cancelling the finest boot ever made … Nike Manoa in haystack and brown( wheat)

This is a total shame as no other boot had a work boot look and toughness but the total comfort of a snug high quality sneaker and super light.

Why do some of the best products made get discontinued?
