Nice Car

This car place is the worst. They take advantage of women and charge too much. Customer service is bad and gross. They make you pay too much and take your car away even if you have insurance. They trick you into thinking you don't have insurance so they can take your car. They should give your car back if you make a mistake, but they don't. They make you pay more money. This car lot is terrible. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go here.

I got a car from Nice Car on July 4th weekend. I gave them $3,800 for a 2016 Mazda 6. I was supposed to pay $330 every two weeks. I paid $443 for my first payment on July 18th. They said I could wait to get insurance. I got insurance and started paying $330. I used my old license plate. The A/C stopped working, so I took it back. They said I had a year warranty. They fixed it, but then it made a noise. They said I had to pay $120 to fix it. I thought it was under warranty, but they said I had to pay a deductible. I paid it because the noise was getting worse. I kept paying $330, but I missed one payment. They said I owed more because I didn't pay $80 for insurance. They said they didn't accept my insurance and I had to pay $11,065 in 10 days. They took the car and I had to pay $400 for a tow and $2,085 plus $80 for insurance. I had to pay two more payments of $330 plus $80 for insurance, which was $3,005. I got the car back, but it was a hassle.
