! They say one thing on the phone, but when you get there, they try to jack up the price. I was so mad when I found out that the car I wanted was $1,000 more than what they told me on the phone. And when I tried to get my deposit back, they gave me a hard time. I had to threaten to call the cops before they finally gave me my money back. Don't waste your time with these guys!

I had a really bad experience with Smart Buy Auto Sales. My girlfriend bought a car from them and after only three weeks of driving it, the thermostat and water pump broke. Jay and Jake from the sales department told her to just deal with it until Monday. Randy from the service department was angry when a real GM dealership said that the water pump needed to be replaced. He only changed the thermostat, but less than 12 hours later, the water pump broke again. Maybe he needs more training to do his job right and not take advantage of people. I don't recommend going to Smart Buy Auto Sales for anything. If I had to rate them, they would get a low score.
