Under Free, the above posts the Black Lives Matter symbol. The Black Lives Matter logo, fist, image is extremely repulsive to me. The organization is an anti American, anti family, anti free enterprise, anti white hate group responsible for rioting, looting, and burning American cities. I will not tolerate having the logo appear on my computer screen. Either it is removed from NextDoor or NextDoor is removed from my life. Which is it?

I was the reporting party in my neighborhood. But not just my neighborhood, as well as Nearby neighborhoods. I feel this was a set up and I don't feel Nextdoor is compliant with their moderators not moderating their own neighborhoods. I have been suspended for 15 days, due to one Neighborhood Lead, reporting some of my posts, that I had consulted with Nextdoor before hand. I do not get much information from Nextdoor how to proceed. I was a part of the Community Forum and I heard others moderating their neighborhoods, but I don't think it was just their own neighborhood, but others as well. I spoke to another Lead from one of Nearby neighborhoods, and I found out she does not understand how to use simple commands to turning off neighborhoods going through the settings. Since I am currently banned from the site, I do not remember everything how to get there, but using the settings, can find alot information. I told her that recently I reported 19 pages of reports (posts/Replies) and she didn't understand that simple issue. I also mentioned to her that I had been working with CR's and how to fix the issues, but she didn't understand that either. I feel this was a total set up, especially when they were MIA for the past year or so. I feel that if I report posts/replies again or not report posts/replies I will be banned once again. In either case I might as well just leave, and yet I did so much for Nextdoor, and I I feel like I accomplished nothing by leaving it all. I wished I could talk to someone, my neighbor or someone who understands what I have gone through. There is only one, I don't know where he is.

The above is a guideline from Nextdoor. It is the very opposite of what is being stated. Allowing the member to stay on Nextdoor.

Recently I received a rude unneighborly response from a Lead. Where the message states "Do not contact me". Not a "Please do not contact me", but a "Do not contact me." Rude, inconsiderate and unneighborly response.

Nextdoor allows this type of behavior.

Next door platform doesn't allow users to have a way to report issues affecting your personal information which is setup by its administration. My profile information showed a wrong gender and wrong location.
I tried to change the wrong input by the system always go back to the wrong setting regardless of my corrections.

Years ago, I stayed for few month at my brother house in Orlando and right now I am in living in the State of RI. I setup an account, but few weeks later I found that my address was deleted, and Nextdoor setup my profile with my brother address. I am wondering who gave them the authorization and rights to put wrong information about my personal location. I also notice that my gender definition was posted different. I am a woman, happy to be in my skin and body. I could not change the setting which describes me not as being a Woman. I tried over and over to define myself as SHE without luck, I tried over and over, but the system was always back to the wrong setting. Another thing I notice was that I found my name registered on a nextsdoor group identified as Woman in distress with personal disorder, I contacted the person running the group and He said that He hasn't included me and again I couldn't take my name from that list. I am taking this very seriously because what ever is posted there maybe registered for ever.
Shame on Nextdoor!

This is a second ban I have received in one month and I have been on NextDoor for over 3 years now. I have a COVID-19 resource group of 1, 400 which needs my daily involvement and regular posting of local and national resources. The group is now unmanned since I am the only Admin and, as a result of the ban, my neighborhood community will suffer.

The examples of violations I have been provided with are politically-based and directly counter first amendment rights as well as speak to false advertising practices of NextDoor. It has become apparent (most complaints here also speak to this) that the platform is not all-inclusive and does not support conservative views - which are held by (according to the recent presidential election) almost half of voting population of the U.S. By doing so, the platform breeds division on the very neighborhoods it aims to bring together.

I'm filing a complaint due to my neighborhood conservative group called Retrumplicans being removed. The only reason given was for violating their policy but was given no explanation as to why.
I feel like anything liberal that's inflammatory can be posted but if it's in a private group that's obviously conservative then it's a different story.
We post funny memes, share articles that might be of interest to others, there's nothing violent, sexual, racist posted on our group.
This has been very saddening and disappointing for not just me but for the rest of our group. I feel like I've been discriminated against because I have conservative values.

There are two people I know of who are targeting me. One kept PMing, reported. I don't use foul language, if something says something I find offensive I mute them, my political views are posted in my private chat. I don't appreciate having my 1st Amendment Rights ripped from my hands. Let me know why I am suspended or reinstate my account. Very disappointed. Hard enough being a senior, add covid and it's awful!

I was kicked off about 1 year ago, and since then havent been able to get back on, without further reason, I would love to be re-instated, and at least being able to rectify any wrong doing. There is no way that I can call, and it is very hard to get to anyone, for they dont have chat. Can you help.

Violated my first amendment

Jeremy is a moderator for Next Door in the Black Point area of Novato Ca. His wife has logged on as Lorin Becker (her maiden name) and posted a response to a issue on Face Book shes following or a part of under her real name Amy Portje . The attached post she has made basically says the will be repercussions for reporting her . Which will be getting banned, etc.. etc. . This couple has been doing this for awhile, banning or blocking people because they disagree or question what they post. Please remove this person/couple as moderators in this area. Attached is a copy of a recent post.

The last statement above seems to be a threat.

The Nextdoor group for London SW6 is generally of interest to residents. However, a small group of residents - about 6 use this forum to be abusive and rude about their local Councillors when they don't get support for their particular concern. Councillors represent everyone in their SW6 ward and must be impartial. They are advocates and not decision-makers. This abuse amounts to bullying especially as erroneous assumptions are repeated as fact. Nextdoor posts should be non-political, non-racist and respectful of all cultures in the community group it serves.
Specifically, I live in the area and posted a thank you and praise for a local restaurant owned by friends, which has just opened for a couple of days this week for takeaway food. Like all restaurants is has been closed due to Lockdown Covid-19 restrictions.
This particular group has used my post to abuse me for actions which are taken by the local Government decision makers, and over which I have no authority despite relaying the concerns of this minority group to the appropriate authority. They are free to write to me at my official council business address available on the council website and I will respond accordingly. However, it would not be appropriate to use Nextdoor as a political debating platform for disaffected members of the community who can use an alternative communication channel.

I think that these specific posts should be deleted and all members informed that membership is social and supportive of one another.

I have repeatedly reported Swati Wilson for bullying, attempted censorship, inaccurate political information and a general uncivil pattern of behavior on your platform.

She consistently belittles, mocks and attempts to silence those with differing viewpoints.  This has gone on for a very long time.  

Despite my reports, I have not received an email from you.  There is a large group of concerned residents who are frustrated with her apparent control of your platform.

I appreciate your response to my questions and concerns.  Further, I would like written documentation that you have received my reports on her behavior. I believe she should be banned for causing neighborly disruption and civil unrest.

My account was suspended without specifying how community Guidelines were violated. I recently opened a new group receiving many requests to join, which have now been effectively halted, furthermore there I am the sole admin of the group with no ability to moderate, please provide assistance in this matter. Please provide a means to delegate an alternate administrator to handle my group or retract the unwarranted suspension. Minimally please provide a specific post I made violating community guidelines, otherwise my account should be reinstated immediately

I am a neighborhood Lead that is also a member of a couple of Trump groups on Nextdoor. One is open and there have been issues with trolls getting in the group, slamming Trump and reporting anyone and everyone who disagrees with them.
A couple of weeks ago I noticed that I was no longer given posts to review. I inquired about it and got the response of a form message. I wasn't satisfied with that and asked again, and just like that my account has been locked until February 3.
I have also heard of others with the same issue.

On Wed. January 13, 2020 I was locked out of my Nextdoor account. Another member said they were going to report me. A short time later I had no access to my account. If this was an error please fix it ASAP. If it was not, I would like a detailed explanation as to why Nextdoor, thinks they were justified in violating my rights. It would be my suggestion to investigate this ASAP. I expect a timely response, otherwise I will be seeking legal action.

Nextdoor has BANNED me and my freedom of speech over 6 times. This latest ban is just like the rest, 0 warning or notifications NOR an explanation clearly stating my "Offenses".

I cant wait to drain "Big Tech" and everyone associated with. I cant wait for the backlash on your cowardice practices an unethical company operating in AMERICA. Restore my account or face the persecution that comes with it!

This is my second time having my account disabled.
Nextdoor's moderators have told me that "this is not the place for opinions, go to another social platform for that". They have also told me that I don't understand what free speech means under the First Amendment and it basically isn't allowed there.
How is this possible when 99% of what people comment and post on there is OPINION?
They have disabled me for disputing people for not wanting to take a covid vaccine and have silenced me from sharing any information about the vaccine. Who made them Judge and Jury over such matters? How do they decide and deem what is fact and what is not? ANYTHING posted in opposition to covid, wearing masks, social distancing is censored. Why is this protected when the only thing protected is my right to free speech? I want to know why they get to shut people down for speaking THEIR OPINION and BELIEF on this topic when plenty of people in there are allowed to shame, disgrace, and bully those who don't want to wear masks, and believe in covid? Why is this allowed? I broke NO laws. I didn't tell anyone to break any laws. There is NO LAW, Federal or state that says I cannot voice my opinions about covid 19.

They do not get to deem what is fact and what is not. A moderator cited a website in response to me and discredited what I shared, even though what she shared was 100% biased information. The moderators will take out a personal vendetta on the person and get their account disabled because THEY are offended.

This site should be SHUT DOWN for what they are doing to silence people. People have A RIGHT to speak against covid 19.

They are breaking the laws of free speech and I'm seeing them do this to many people.

I signed up with Next door business Dec. 2, 2020. I now want to cancel my monthly ad $30.00 and I am not able to do this on their website. There isn't a way to contact them by phone or I can not find their email address.

I've been suspended from Nextdoor several times with NO explanation... I've never used profanity or threats, just Conservative opinions... I see vile hateful derogatory posts daily from Leftists against President Trump & Conservatives with zero consequence...
This platform is extremely biased, which I guess nowadays is par for the course...Terrible
