Newegg review: hp refurb pavilion pc desktop

pc was not factory refurbished, description was not clear that pc was not factory refurb. but third unknown party, return of item was 45 restocking fee, 40 return label ship, $85 a third of pc price, making return unreasonable, beware of high shipping and restocking fees, return policy is consumer unfriendly and expensive! Buyer beware of returns by newegg! Also no reply after i sent email explaining my situation, do not buy from this company if you need to return something you purchased. No reply from customer service, feb. 10 and waiting, company probably expects customers to give up and not return for refund.

Thank you for posting this and I am sorry to hear about this experience. I was able to locate your account and see that your return was first set up under the reason of "product dissatisfaction" which would automatically add a restocking fee and does not provide a pre-paid return shipping label; items that are defective do not incur these fees. I also see that an agent has assisted by removing the restocking fee on your return and has offered to assist with the return shipping. I've sent you an email to get more information to see if there are other options available to assist and ask that you reply to that email at your earliest convenience.
